Incompetent and rude. I understand one order being wrong but EVERY TIME we order from them something is wrong. Last one was it, missed an entire burger. Called to get it corrected. "We're too busy to help you" in a stoned out too dumb to care tone. 3 strikes your out. The food is not worth the stupid.
