I was surprised that this place is not as busy as I thought it would be, I come regularly 3 or 4 times a month and I haven’t had a single bad thing in the menu. I absolutely recommend this place over any burguer place, hands down

Waited over 30 minutes for one burger and a large fry

Constant issues with their app and systems for this location specifically. When I place an order on my phone for a specific time and leave work to go grab it, I get a text saying my order was cancelled and to call, strange. I call and they said they don't know what happened, and then the next day my credit card is debited back. This has happened twice in the last 2 weeks. Fix your app or your system, whichever is broken.

Went here today on my third visit and I must say they didnt disappoint! Brianna was so sweet and on point. We did have a minor hiccup and they fixed it with no problem and with a smile. Our new favorite burger joint!!

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Just took my daughter shopping for Christmas Eve I came in for a bite to eat!!! I tell you what, this is the best burger I've ever had in my life and I mean that. I came in Christmas Eve around 5:00 can I tell you that cook can throw down. Every bite of my burger has been amazing and I'm serious. The rest of the staff was also amazing punctual and very polite. I'm literally doing this review as I'm eating my food. Smashburger was on the top of my list now and the one on Eastern and 215 is the best... I truly feel like my burger was cooked with love!!! Happy holidays

The food was very fresh. I ordered a hot dog and the sweet potato fries. Great taste and pop to the hot dog tge fries were well seasoned and fresh. Great friendly service.

Excellent big messy delicious burger. Talking a five napkin needing burger. Do not pass on this one. All elements bun, burger and toppings were 10/10.

Burgers or kids size the worst fries I’ve ever had. It has to be one of the worst hamburger spots. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The burger was delightful but the smash fries were cold. Considering how long it took to get my food ( a good 10 min) I expected piping hot fries. I was on the road so saved them for later & they did warm up nicely.

We had a great experience today at lunch. Breanna gave great service and everyone else we interacted with was also just as helpful. The food was delicious, we had 2 all-american singles, 2 mushroom singles, an order of chicken tenders, smash fries and Brussel sprouts. It all tasted fresh, and everything was correct on our order. We have ordered take out before but this was our first time dining in, and we will definitely be back again!.
