Food is very tasty. I had a cheeseburger, ordered the way i like it. It was perfect with fresh & tasty condiments. The bun taste homemade. Ordered brussel sprouts and fries and they both were a huge hit!

Here Monday March 25th at 9:15pm and they said they're only open "to go" because it was very obvious they started cleaning up and getting ready to close early. If you're open until 10pm you're open until then. Period.

Came out with my dad to get a quick bite to eat. When we had got there, someone was already at the front asking where their kid's fries were. We ordered our food and got it in about 10 mins, but we're met with cold fries and overcooked patties. I appreciate the kitchen staff for not trying to give me food poisoning but there's no need to burn the meat.
Burger was so overcooked it tasted like charcoal. Fries were lukewarm. All team members in the kitchen were not wearing hair nets. I love SB...this was

We came in and ordered sweet potato fries, Tater tots and Brussel sprouts and waited over 45 min. One guy there asked for his money back and left. It was an unacceptable wait time. They did not know how to run that kitchen.

New cook? The first oil of smash tots were very over done and they were served. Second set...The smash tots were way too oily! I moved my tots to the other side of my tray to see a pool of oil. I moved by tots again to a napkin and had another smaller pool of oil! I placed 4 napkins on the first oily side and my napkins were full of oil! I finally blotted each tot to get it so that I could not have too much oil. Another customer had the smash fries...he had to get some napkins to get the extra oil off of his. Usually the tots and fries are very good.
