This was my first time eating at a Smashburger. I got the Colorado burger with tots. The burger was exceptionally good. Others in my group got different burgers and all had good things to say. This might be my new favorite burger joint.The burger came out in a reasonably fast time during the lunch rush. Staff was very friendly.

Wow what a depressing place. The perimeter of the restaurant is cordoned off with chairs and tables. The menu is extremely limited, but only on certain days the employee told me. Monday thru Thursday they have more choice. We got the bacon double which was nice and cost $14 (with tax). Staff seem demoralised.

Crazy morning. Couldn’t find parking spot, Rio told me my room was canceled and never notified me, so I just wanted to grab a snack and wait for it to hopefully get fixed. The quality + service here almost made all the outside hassle worth it. Everyone seemed in a good mood, and that coupled with a great strawberry shake helped make my day much better. Big thanks ? to Amanda, and the rest of the crew. Appreciate you all.

Tried the veggie burger. Not thrilled. Weird taste to it. Very expensive and not worth it for what I purchased.Service was fine, not busy, but seriously I’ve had better food for half the cost.Smashburger fries were delicious but that’s about it.

Marques was so friendly and welcoming, he made an amazing burger and bbq wing that were sauced perfect!! the cashier was also super friendly i would recommend trying this place at least once while you are here in las vegas ? prices are also reasonable which is a big

Staying at the Rio hotel from out of state.I’ve had other gluten free buns with little success until now. Love that they cook it on a separate grill with plenty of butter to get it a little crispy!!! ?% eat here again!!

Poor service slow service and overpriced! Those 3 things can describe my experience. Seating is minimal. They have us blocked in here like sardines. The tables haven't been cleaned. I haven't even tried the food yet.

I ordered through postmates. Got 2 buffalo chick fingers and 2 burgers. One double "hamburger" and a bacon cheese " NO MAYO". OF COURSE MY BURGERS CAME EXACTLY HOW I REQUESTED THEM NOT TO BE. ? Hamburger came with cheese and glob of mayo on the bacon cheese. On top of that the quality was TERRIBLE! French fries were burnt from the grease not being cleaned in MONTHS. Yoiu could tastethat ick everytime you ate a fry. Now.. check this one.. the chicken fries... literally old chicken trips cut up and thrown over those nasty french fries. Also ordered sweet potatoe fries and cookies that never came. Just all around.. HORRIBLE QUALITY ?9-10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They are starting to limit their menu...at this location. Which is sad. I'm not a fan of burgers but the truffle mushroom swiss is one I actually crave..but on this visit the lady at the counter said they will only be doing basic hamburgers from now on stating lack of employees. This place isn't friendly and now that they won't be serving the truffle burger we will visit one of the other Smash burgers that still serves it.
