Placed an online order on a Sunday late morning when their storefront and online hours advertise open. Orders were open. Went to the storefront and the door was locked and nobody was there. 10:30am. Money is in limbo and can’t get ahold of anyone. Horrible way to start a new business.

Want to give this place 5 stars but twice now we’ve shown up first at 8am yesterday and now at 9:34am today. Why are the hours not correct? Extremely frustrating, they don’t even have any hours posted on their establishment front door/windows.

Extremely important as a business to have simple things like this correct, it puts a bad taste in the customers mouth when twice now we have shown up according to your posted hours and it wasn’t open. Chances of us coming back a 3rd time to ever try this place for the first time? Slim to none.

Placed an order online for delivery. I received the order and all the drinks was completely wrong, I ordered a Thai tea, milk tea, taro tea, and brown sugar tea all with regular boba. When I received my order it was random drinks with random toppings. I called the cafe at 3pm the lady picked up and told she gave me what they had they left…. Which was an order I did not want because I’m extremely allergic to citrus and all the drinks was a citrus tea. She told she was not able to help me because they where closing… at 3pm.. when online it even states they close at 8pm and I have been there before on a weekday later on in the day.

I saw their ads outside for sea salt foam teas and went in to try one. The ladies working the counter had no clue what I was talking about. They even had the ad right there at the register. I pointed that out to them and they told me they didn’t know the menu and the manager wasn’t there to help them. Kind of weird to have people working who have no clue what they sell or how to make things on the menu. Either way, I got a Thai tea with boba. It tastes okay. Boba was really, really chewy.
