My doctor sent over an rx at 12:20 pm. I received a text they were working on it. I called at 1:52pm. They had not even started the rx. I said I had a text. He said well you just called to have me start on it. It will take an HOUR. I said I was going to the airport. So I came here and took a chance it may be done after 30 minutes. The lady said they had NOT STARTED IT YET. Omg. She said give them 30 minutes more. So now I just get to stand here and wait for them to fill it. I received a text, I called, and now still not even started. Unreal the service you get at this pharmacy. If I didn't call and show up who knows if they ever would have filled it at all. Very disappointing. When I got the text it should have been started. After 20 m8nutes of standing there they gave me meds and proceeded to say oh by the way they expire in APRIL !!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY FOR SURE. The only good thing is I got a close parking spot. Lol.

Customer service is the best! I've been to many Smiths throughout Las Vegas, and this location has the best service! Super friendly and informative. The store is very easy to navigate. Great produce, sushi area and deli! Thanks to all employees!!!!

Still jonesing about the James Beard award winning chicken wings we had at Cotton & Rye in Savannah, Georgia. I decided to recreate these delectable goodies and headed to my local Smiths for provisions. They didn't have the party type fresh wings I was looking for, but fortunately I encountered Jessie, who patiently tried to decipher my jibberish as to I was looking for, even following me for a point and tell to the prepared foods counter. Nope, they didn't have them, but he made it happen by finding the exact amount I needed and literally "winging it" to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A huge shoutout to Jessie, great employee, so helpful. He made my day! Wonderful reflection on a business. I never forget this Smiths experience or him. The wings turned out pretty good, not Cotton & Rye awesome, but...

Do not buy wine from Smith's. If they sell you a bottle of wine that's gone bad, which happens frequently in Las Vegas due to the heat, they will not replace the bottle nor refund your money.

A beautiful Smith's. Fitting for Summerlin!The layout is completely different from most of the other locations. The hot bar, deli, and sushi are definitely hi-tone here! Plenty of fresh produce and meats. Plenty of parking and curbside pickup spots. I'm making this my weekend grocery shop!

The imperfect tomatoes in the discount bin were ripe and delicious. I will check this little cart out for more deals on ripe produce. The sushi was spicy but it was half the size of the $6 sushi at sprouts. It was good that they labeled them raw or cooked. The negative was that the "crap" sushi was imitation crab meat but it was not labeled. If you read the ingredients it states the ingredients in imitation crab meat. It's some white fish that starts with a "p". I will not be getting the sushi from here again since Sprouts has the same deal on Wednesdays with larger sushi rolls.

Shop here couple times for groceries . I am not sure why every time my vegetables are infested with lady bugs . I come home wash them and they are lady bugs on all the greens every time ! I love smiths but not sure was going on here so am try another location .

I feel like a bad customer for not using the actual customer feedback link but it wasnt working today. I just wanted to say CINDY (blond woman glasses, usually near the self check out)She is a PROFESSIONAL. And a very sweet member of the community. I'm a regular because of her and the staff here. We just moved here and I was only treated with kindness and respect. (Especially with my age group and appearance typically retailers are weary of me and my boyfriend when we walk in) Thank you smiths. This location is 5 star front of the line. Thank you again cindy (: I hope your day is amazing.And I want to now add on (as of 5 days later I think?) Jennifer? I hope I got her name I threw away the receipt (no surprise). She was in the cosmetic and medicine department. She rung us up when she had free time she was such a sweet heart.

I'm so sick of buying fruits from Smith only to get home and find half of them are rotted. The basil is brown and wilted. I just bought a bouquet of lilies thinking they would bloom and be beautiful. They never even opened they turned brown and died. How can they advertise the way they do about their fresh produce? Everything is expensive enough so if you want to buy food and flowers that you can bring home only to throw out then shop at Smith's on West Charleston:-( I work full time so I don't have the time or the energy to run things back to the store everytime I pay for very poor quality products.

Smiths has been my go to grocery store for the last 14 years. In my opinion, it is kept clean, well stocked, and the customer service reps are very nice and helpful. I recently had very complicated neck surgery and I find it difficult to unload my basket sometimes. If it's not a customer behind me, offering to help it's the cashiers and box people. I know that when my son and daughter-in-law come to visit they love going to Smith's and stocking up on things they can't get in California. on occasion, I have used their pick up service, and all of my groceries are bagged properly, and when needed, the fruit is selected, as I believe I would choose. As long as I am able, I will continue to go to Smith's. By the way, did I mention, it's conveniently located 1 mile from my house! Also the shopping center has my bank,, nail salon, cleaners, my haircut salon, Petsmart and Home Depot (I go to all of those stores at some point in time).

What a find! I always liked Smith's but the one closest to me is a little smaller than this one. 100% worth the extra 5 minute drive! After discovering their extensive selection the first time I had to return and I'm glad that I did! Customer service is above and beyond! Sheldon in the produce department let me know about the free fruit available for children to them to enjoy while you shop! What an an amazing offering and thank you Sheldon for informing me! Chris in the deli was super helpful and patient answering all my questions! And Karen at checkout was just absolutely amazing! So kind and wonderful! She even took the banana peel I left in the cart while loading my bagged groceries and thew it in the garbage. (I had planned to throw it out on my way to the car, but what step above and beyond!) Thank you everyone and thank you Smith's! I hope you recognized and reward your amazing team!
