Went 1 hour before closing and the service was terrible and the food was just bad. They drench the food in hot honey. Literally make the food swim in hot honey. The BBQ sauce variety was solid. One stand out was the brisket. It was simply delicious but its not enough to defend everything else. Really tried to support a local restaurant but I just can't justify a recommendation to this place
The food was wonderful
3pc catfish, fries, cornbread muffin meal with a lemonade
Waited over an hour for a 2 meat combo plate.
Decided to give this place another try. My last visit was back when the Smokin Pig had just replaced Memphis BBQ. My wife and I didn’t enjoy that first visit. When I arrived for this current visit there were no cars in the parking lot at 5:15 PM, though the “Open” sign was illuminated. I entered and was greeted right away by Jessica. I asked is this normal for the place to be completely empty at dinner time and was told it fluctuates. Let me state that the service I received on the visit was great. Jessica was friendly and checked on me throughout my time there. I ordered the Two meat option, Brisket and Burnt Ends ($3 upcharge). For the Brisket I asked for a half fatty / half lean. I also got the BBQ beans. The lean brisket was a little dry, but ok. The fatty portion had a lot of fat as did the Burnt Ends. After eating it all the amount of fat didn’t sit well in my stomach. The beans were ok, but nothing to rave about. The Corn Bread muffin was very good. Overall not worth the $33 with tip charge that I paid.
The fact that this restaurant is empty during what should be a busy period is concerning. When it was Memphis BBQ this place was full of people at lunch and dinner. Based on this visit and my previous visit I doubt I will be going back.
Will never go there again. I paid more than 18.00 for 10 fries, ribs an 2 burnt pieces of cornbread. I waited more than 30 minutes for this crap that looked like it was someone's leftover plate. The only positive thing is that the ribs were tender.
Place used to be good went couple times a week. Wouldn’t even recommend it. Brisket doesn’t seem like it’s seen the inside of a smoker. Just really gone down hill. Sauces still have the same label, but they don’t taste the same. What happened y’all? BUMMER

Server was so sweet but this was the worst pulled pork I've ever had. Flavorless and watery, wound up eating two forkfulls and couldn't do it anymore.
Brisket was ok, but it just tasted like pepper. At least it had some kind of seasoning though.
The lack of customers at 6pm should have been a warning. Will not be back.

How is that a BBQ place doesn't have ribs or brisket?? It's the second time I call in the middle of the day for a to go order and they don't have the main dishes that people order at BBQ places
The food is delicious. The cashier Gym was very rude. When I asked her how long will the food take. Her response was how ever long it takes the burger to get done. I politely asked if she could check with the cook. She tells me they don’t know and did not attempt to ask the cook. When she returned 5 min later, I advised her that she should have asked the cook how long the food will take, also the person cooking the food should have some kind of knowledge about that. She tried to argue with me, her response was “well we don’t know.” My response was “everyone else knows, and knowing how long the food will take should be standard work.” She tried to argue back, but I stopped her by letting her know that I was not going to argue. I then left upset wondering what restaurant does not know how long it takes to cook their food. Also, how she just gave me a very hard time for something so simple. I hope that Gym can learn how to better care for the customers when needed. Please educate Gym on having better customer service skills. No one should have to experience what I have experienced with her. Thank you.
Closed and they let me order online. Ordered through Toast and need a return
Trash trash trash. The bbq was over cooked. It tasted like it was baked instead of grilled. Also they are stingy with the condiments. I will never be back to Smokin Pig again.
I was picking up an order for someone but they blessed me with a piece of cornbread and OMG!!! FABULOUS!! Definitely going to come back and try the rest of the menu.
