Was going to leave them a cash tip for curbside. 30 min later after we call to tell them we arrived we had to go inside to get them. The lady literally said she would bring them out, but no. These are too expensive to deal with this nonsense.

stop hiring people who can’t clearly follow simple instructions … everytime i get a smoothie here it’s WATERY and when i ask if they made it right knowing they have haven’t they LIE right in my face. They were my favorite until I came today and they didn’t want to replace my watery smoothie. I was the last customer of the night and I think they may have forgot something. I called right away and came next day(which I do anyway as a daily customer) and the young lady refused to help me. So I will not be spending another penny here until they fix this. Very disappointed and I still payed for 3 smoothies after the fact.
This smoothie place is overrated. Me and my friend got two different smoothies & both were nasty. Her Lemon smoothie was too sour. My strawberry banana smoothie had too much banana. I’ll stick to Tropical Smoothie 🤗.
