I'm giving a great review because the customer service and atmosphere as well as the cleanliness of the location, are all very well up there in the 5 stars. I'll be honest that it's not my favorite smoothie place only for the fact that I'm not big on the texture of these smoothies, as compared to Tropical Smoothie but the flavors are all very wonderful and very healthy.

The place closed early and locked its doors, at 8:50pm. Of course, I get that being slow can make it tempting to do that. However, what really annoyed me is how after seeing me drive up, both employees completely ignored me as I tried to enter and found the door locked. They didn't look at me or apologize for closing early. Nothing.I understand people want to go home, but you close your register and start cleaning equipment when the place closes.

Someone fraudulently used my credit card at this store location 2 days in a row. Was even a delivery order and when I called to put a stop to it and get the address, no one called me back. Not happy with this location and how they deal with these issues.

I got there and there were ony 2 people in front of me, who had already ordered. I ordered a pineapple spinach and they never called my order when I got up to ask if it was ready, they just said someone must have taken it. 25min for a smoothie!!!!?????? 5-6 other people who got there after me got their order first.

This place is a joke. I placed a pick up order for a goji berry crunch with ACAI. When I arrived I followed the instructions on the board and called. The girl who answered sounded flustered and told me there wasn't anymore acai. I asked her if she could switch my base to Pitaya. She acted like she understood.10 minutes passes, no smoothie bowl. I go inside to see what's going on only to find out that the girl I spoke to on the phone did not relay the message! So I was waiting for nothing. Then the cherry on top is once I'm out of the store with my bowl I get home only to figure out. ITS THE WRONG BOWL. It's the High Five bowl with coconut (WHICH I'M ALLERGIC TO) no granola, no blueberries, nothing I asked for. I'll never be back and I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this joke of an establishment.

I love this place! I ordered the Banana Boat ($5.29) - Ingredients: Banana's, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend. I don't like protein bc it gives a grainy texture so I just took out the protein blend. This drink was my favorite!! If you like bananas this is a must try Peanut Power Plus ($5.50) - Ingredients: Strawberry, Bananas, Peanut Butter, Dates, Nonfat Milk, and Protein Blend. You can really taste the peanut butter and the protein in this drink! Mango Smoothie ($5.29) - Ingredients: Mango, Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Turbinado, and Protein Blend.
