Went to take grandchildren to have a smoothie would now make what the kids wanted said it's not the size they could make, all we asked for was a 16 oz watermelon and an extra cup and said they could not do that but 2 weeks ago they could when we were there they lost a $75 sale

Smoothie King on Blue Diamond is my go-to spot for a refreshing pick-me-up. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making sure I never have to wait long. I’m a big fan of the Angel Food and Activator Recovery smoothies—they’re both packed with flavor and always taste fresh. The store itself is clean and inviting, which makes it a great place to stop by after a workout or just to relax. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

I used to love coming here, but this time was the rudest I’ve ever been treated, I was so upset when I left. Never coming back! They have Plenty of smoothie places around them to choose from rather than be treated poorly at this spot. I was willing to pay the high smoothie price because they were my favorite after a good workout. No more! They made my shake wrong, so I asked for them to remake it, The boy behind the counter Making the Smoothies said he would make it, but I would have to Wait until he finished all of the orders he had ahead of me, which was about eight people. I was taken back and asked him why I had to wait since I had already done my waiting time, and the shake given to me was made wrong. He said, I had to wait ! I told the cashier to just give me a refund because I couldn't wait to be served all that time after he screwed up with mine. Maybe if he would’ve gone about Differently and said something like I will absolutely take care of that for you If you would just Please give me a couple minutes. I would’ve definitely said OK, no problem. He was arrogant and rude toward me. I had 2 shakes in my hand 1 they took back Which I was getting a refund for, The other one I had in my hand I ended up spilling when I handed her my card for the refund.
By that time, I was so upset, I left the spilt shake and walked out! Unacceptable so sad because this was my spot.
