Food is decent and filling. My only complaint is that the white rice had a burnt taste to it and some of the salmon was a little tough. This isn't traditional at all, it's kind of a twist between Mexican food and sushi/poke.
I made a Salmon burrito with sushi rice and seaweed wrap. Wow. Totally beat my expectations. Sushi was very fresh and the recommendations for additions was perfect. Wasabi aioli, seaweed, tobiko, enimame etc. food was great and service was friendly amen funny.
Got a Sushi Burrito made my way and with Salmon & Brown Rice instead of White. 👍👍 They did an excellent job hitting the nail on the head with the flavor I was looking for that evening after work. YUM!!!
