Food here is good. Worth every penny. Just make sure you place your order well ahead of time. They say they close at 6pm but staff leaves at 5pm. Which is disappointing at times because I normally get off at 6. Also they don't answer the phone if tried to place ahead of time.

ordering was easy and the employees were friendly! the portions are really big (for me at least), i got the sunny salmon burrito and it’s pretty good. but the pico de gallo has like no flavor IMO, it literally just tastes like raw chopped tomatoes ? should change the recipe to be better seasoned !also the prices are higher, this was about $12 after tax !

I've had this place bookmarked for a while. I got lost and ended up here finally. The place is a fast food set up, so most orders are to go. You pick the plate style you want like two proteins or burrito style. You can pick from their default selections usually named after sushi names like California roll and have it into a bowl style Uc you wanted. It's a small space, but the ladies working there were very nice and fast. You can modify practically anything on the menu like if you didn't want corn or you want to add yum yum sauce on it , you can. I enjoyed my food and would go again if I was in the area.

I have eaten here several times in the last few years and have never had any real issue. Maybe because I keep my order simple. A California burrito with chipotle mayo. Its like a giant California roll which is about the only sushi I am willing to eat. I like the nori wrap and the imitation crab. The avocado is a nice touch too. With the creamy richness and the hint of spice from the chipotle mayo, everything is tied together quite well. I've tried one other burrito here once. The cheese steak maybe. It was good but I always come back to the California. The only "issue" I've ever had was that they ran out of avocado so I had to wait for about 5 minutes for them to finish making my lunch while they sourced more. Not bad. And on that day they made the burrito so full they could hardly roll it. I'll continue coming back when I'm looking for a fresh filling meal that is not as heavy as a burger.

Great food. Pricier than normal locations due to location.

First time eating here, I guess I made the mistake of getting the chicken burrito bowl. Maybe the sushi bowl would be better. The cheese sauce tasted like cheap nacho cheese and their Mango Green tea tasted way too sweet, like drinking Mango flavored syrup. The chicken was ok but it looked like it had been boiled after grilling it and it tasted bland. Maybe I‘ll have better luck with the sushi bowl next time.

I bought a poke bowl from their UNLV location, in the student union. There were multiple pieces of garbage in the food. Please see the attached photos. I threw the bowl away. It was disgusting. I emailed the corporate office and sent them photos. It has been 7 days and they have not bothered to respond. Do not eat here. They obviously do not care about serving garbage in their food. On top of that, when they were making my poke bowl, I asked them to put soy sauce (shoyu) and sesame seed oil on the fish. They have sauces right in front of them to add to the bowl. All they did was toss me a soy sauce pack. Their employees do not seem happy to work there. Overall, a horrible experience!

Wurst sushi bowl I have ever eaten in my life. Didn't follow any notes about what I didn't want and wanted on the side. Terrible quality, nothing fresh. Would never order from here again in my life.

Can someone tell me what this is? Because this is NOT a poke bowl. I asked for the North Shore poke bowl with no rice just salad.... They made the bowl with no lettuce whatsoever and when I asked them what happened to the base they proceeded to tell me there wasn't a base? Im pretty sure it's a poke bowl.. so they instead just literally SPRINKLED some lettuce on top to make it a salad? So I asked the cashier, doesn't the poke bowl come with a base, she said, "yes.." I said so what is this because it looks pretty sorry to me and ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS, "oh im sorry about that". WTF? I paid $9 for this.. wow.. If this is what the future work force is going to look like, I am scared.. this is college.. you would think they would understand how to make a decent poke bowl. SMH.
