Our Soul Brothers team often comes to SOJO for lunch, and it never disappoints. The food is excellent, the prices are fair, and the staff is always welcoming. It’s become one of our favorite spots to grab a tasty meal in between projects. Thanks to the SOJO team for the great atmosphere and quality—we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Beautifully decorated ramen shop with phenomenal flavors! Most ramens are made from powder and super salty - this one was clearly made from bone broth and had the perfect amount of saltiness. The noodles were delicious and the meat/veggies were plentiful.

Jodie is the owner and is incredibly kind, and provides the best service! Highly recommended - one of the best ramen restaurants in Vegas!

Honestly, I had other options to go to eat Ramen noodles but decided to try this place. I Do Not Regret eating here. The food was Excellent. The young lady was very attentive. The pork belly taco was superb. I had the garlic pork noodle soup and taco and was wondering if I was gonna finish everything. You gotta try those tacos.

I've tried several ramen spots around Vegas, and this one is easily among the best. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made for a great experience. I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen with thin noodles—absolutely delicious and full of rich flavor. The karaage chicken appetizer was cooked just right—crispy without being overly breaded.

What really sets this place apart is the menu. It’s one of the most versatile I’ve seen, offering choices between noodles, rice, or udon, plus options for fried noodles and rice dishes. I also tried the Thai tea and the chicken katsu—both were outstanding. The katsu was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the Thai tea was the perfect balance of sweet and creamy.

The atmosphere is simple, with a clean and no-frills decor. Music-wise, they play mostly American Top 100 hits, which works fine, though a Japanese playlist could enhance the vibe even more. Still, overall a fantastic spot, and I’ll definitely be back for that katsu!

This place is absolutely incredible and I’m not overstating it one bit. They specialize in Ramen and that shows in their noodles. The staff is so nice and welcoming and very attentive. This truly feels like a Ramen shop straight out of Japan. I hope more people find out about this place so they can stay open. These people deserve it
