Food was amazing, I loved the environment and service as well
Review left purely to make people aware. Im more than know by living in Vegas prices are on the strip, but seriously $8.67 for a Hagen Daz magnum ice-cream is absolutely disgusting. I did not purchase on this occassion and fo not recommend anyone else too. Pure day light robbery.
Used the take out to eat by the pool side which was ok. Even came once while at the Venetian pool nearby. Tried to have a sit down breakfast at the terrace but they only serve coffee in plastic cups
Was hanging out at the pool and this was the closest restaurant so tried it out of convenience. Had enough variety on menu and I ordered a salad and sandwich. Food was fine. Pretty fast service. In terms of value, food cost was acceptable but expect to pay resort prices for drinks.
We have had breakfast several times at Solaro while staying at the Palazzo. The service has always been excellent and the food is very tasty. It’s a lovely outdoor setting near the palazzo pool.

Food was fine - typical poolside fair. Just don't ask for anything customized. You want to change the items in your omelette - no, items on your burger - no and heaven forbid an item off the menu.
Excellent service right next to the pool! All of us loved our lunch - kid's cheeseburgers and chicken strips, watermelon and burrata salad, and a turkey BLT. The Mexican corn was amazing, too. There were so many choices on the menu so there is truly something for everyone.
