Whoever is running this Sonic needs to either shut it down or rework EVERYTHING. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to leave. Guy would ask what I wanted, I tell him, only for it to go silent to help the person in front of me. Would have to repeat what I said only for him to ask again. Not sure what was going on but cash wash exchange multiple times back and forth between the cashier and the person in front of me.

We order on the app each time. For some reason they do not see the online orders at all. Had to ask someone if our order was ready which was just two blasts. She handed them to us and I asked if they had just been sitting there after we were parked for more than twenty minutes. No offer to remake, just stood there.

Went to the walk up window, bout 12 am. Push button, wait about 5 seconds, young lady comes on and says 'you don't have to keep pressing the button'. Then she says something like go through the drive thru, the pick up and parking orders are closed. Yeah because I'm driving right is why I went to the walk up window. Gonna order from uber from the one on flamingo. Better quality and far less attitude.

October 31, 2024. Ordered through the mobile app at 9:19pm. Pick up said 9:25pm. Knew it would take longer cause it's food, it has to cook and it's Halloween, probably busy. Pull into stall 14 and hit here for pickup. Waited for 20 minutes and still no sign of anyone coming out with my order. I'm seeing car after car leaving with their order in the drive thru, so I figured maybe they're short staffed and pull into drive thru and ask about my order. They couldn't find it. Didn't know it would take a whole hour and then some because they claimed they "must have given my order out to someone else" as they couldn't find it. Finally got my order at 10:10pm, and asked if it was made correctly cause I customized the burgers. Was told yes. Easy fix, but two of the burgers had jalapenos on it when they don't usually come with them so that was weird and annoying. Such a mess for something that should've been easy and quick because it was a mobile order. Had time ahead to make it. Won't be coming back to this location I guess

I just order a medium fry and a corn dog. Simple, my fry box was empty and I should have checked before I left and my corn dog is HARD, like the re-fried it. WHY WHY I mean if you can't do the simplest things for customers then what's the point. I regretting stopping here for lunch.
