They do not like to take orders from the pull in parking area. Had me waiting for a long time. Told me to use drive through instead.

Ordered on a cold night. Wait wasn't too long to but the lady told me a #7 was already a double when I asked for it to be a double.
My fries were not what I expected, not hot and over cooked.
The burger was a single and the worst part is there was hair in my food from the worker.
She had long hair and had no hair net. I pulled multiple strands out.

The food was absolutely disgusting đ€ź. They havenât changed the grease for the fries the sandwich I ordered was a chicken club and I knew after I tasted the fries that the sandwich would be terrible but I bit into it and I returned the entire meal! I would not feed my dog that nasty food. The manager was nice he returned my money. AVOID THIS LOCATION .

The manager was really nice however the food was horrible!!! The fries were old and reheated, Dr. Pepper was flat and the hamburger we got was old and had both onions and tomatoes on it when we asked for both to be off. We literally drove down the street to In-n-out threw out all the sonic food and reordered food there.

Came here last night with my daughter and ordered a nerd slushy and only got the slushy in it, got a hot dog with NO onions and relish and they added both , I asked for pickle fries and was told it wasnât any available!!! Everything was horrible from food to drinks !! This site needs to do better
I originally gave Sonics a 1 but I gave it a few more chances and pleasantly surprised. The staff has improved 10 fold and they are now making their food match the pictures.

Someone needs to look into the cashier working the hours of 6:08PM Monday October 7th,, I ordered a pretzel twist, only, my total was 2.13 and I gave him $3.00 cash for a total return of .84 cents to which he returned initially only .58 cents..
I let him know and he states: âI forget a quarterâ. He then only returned to me .83 centsâŠ
Something about this didnât sit right with me, I believe this employee needs to be fired & or investigated.
I hate the new fries. Please go back to the old ones

Went here to get a cherry limeade slush and it looked like the place was closed ...but it was just 4pm or so . I went to the stall nearest the door to the kitchen and leaned out to push the red button and then waited and waited and then it dawned on me that's the place might be closed so I called. They answered and then came out to my car and then pressed the button and said ....'yep it works ' and then went back to the kitchen. I wondered why she wouldn't have taken my order ...I pressed the button ...waited about 5 more minutes and then left ...so after 30 mins waiting no cherry limeade.it was a real strange experience

Absolutely horrible service. Drive-thru window cashier was extremely rude and very unaware of reasons behind menu over-pricing. Reluctant to acknowledge happy hour services and details pertaining to happy hour. Highly unpleased with my visit, and can't promise that I would return.
I spent $19.97 on a double bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, & a heath milkshake. The food came in a bag taped shut the milkshake was separate. I got home & started to eat my meal & I promise it tasted like cake!!! My bacon cheeseburger tasted like cake, my onion rings tasted like cake as if the fried/cooked everything in grease they fried pastries in. I called they said we don't have pastries can't say but I've NEVER had any burger that tastes like cake in my life let alone onion rings too...I kept biting the burger cz ok maybe it's me & the next bite will be regular. The manager told me when I called back I could bring back the full meal & they'd remake it. There was no full meal to bring back since I ate almost half of it. It's ok. I'd rather go McDonald's @ this point or maybe in & out cz $20???? NEVER AGAIN!!!
