Tried to get shakes. The main guy was helping and a second, more rude guy came on the line and said “we’re not doing shakes right now we’re cleaning it.” Which would’ve been fine, without the attitude. Don’t go here if you like a good customer service. Won’t be going here anymore. And it’s sad cuz it’s closest. But they the rudest. ?♀️

Came here at 9:30 and they are doing a food shipment and closed down everything. I understand getting food deliveries but they are all usually the same times each delivery and you certainly don't close down everything for the delivery. I have worked food and this doesn't happen unless the workers feel they don't need to also take care of front house and back house... change your hours.

Came here around 12:26 AM (March 16, 2024) to pick up food for a customer and it was weird. There was a loud sound of small kid talking inside the kitchen at drive through. It was hard to know if a restaurant attendant came with the kid at work or if she was talking to her kid on the phone while she and her colleague are preparing food? I would like to request the store manager to review activities at this location. Bringing kids at work, or talking with phone during restaurant activities can be a violation of states law.

I've got nothing to say about the staff because they were REALLY short handed. The girl at the drive thru window also had to be the car hop.The coffee was cold and they didn't have any hot coffee. The food was warm but not hot.Again, I don't blame the staff for doing the best that they can with limited help.

This is the second time I have ordered here, and the order is all over the place. First of all, who serves mozzarella sticks with NO MARINARA! Everything I come home, I'm saddened. Second, I ordered chillicheese fries, and instead, I got some tater to a disaster, and I ordered large, not small, never coming back again.
The service on the drive thru especially at night in this store is horrible, racist and not friendly at all, almost got into a fight with one of their employees due to them being racist towards a latin guest only

This sonic needs to be off your list. Unfortunately it's convenient but the food is about at 80% miss, cold, stale, food being delivered to customers. I've had problems with them in the past and yes, shame on me for giving them another chance. I grew up around sonic and this is not!!! What sonic is supposed to be like.
