It has been sometime since I went to Sonic. I will say when a mistake is made on an order they will make it right. Today was another example of how good Sonic food and service are. Good food, service is a hit and miss depending on many are ahead of you, good selections. Everyone is charging more since COVID and minimum wage increase this business is no different. But go anyway.
2024: Order was missing couple items. They were nice about the issue and fixed it very quickly. Nice improvement compared to past experiences and hope that is the trend going forward, as long as missing items gets fixed. This was a better experience even with the mistake. People are human, treat people nice and mistakes are easily forgotten.Edit: 2021 update from old review: 39 mins in stall waiting in 4 drinks and a Master blast. They said we didn't check in, yet the monitor...
