Parked at one of their kiosks and hit the red button and stood There and watched while they completely ignored me servicing cars in the drive-through that came in after me and when I asked what’s going on, they told me to try a different one and didn’t give a damn with five girls helping only two drive through cars and ignoring me. Terrible work ethic and service a complete sign of the times to be honest. I definitely will never go here again and I’ve never even tried it before. This place is the poster child for unprofessionalism

Went here to grab quick drink and bite with my boyfriend. We ordered 2 drinks, 2 wraps, & 1 md chili cheese fries to split… well when we got home, the chili cheese fries spoke for themselves. after that, we threw everything away and will be disputing this charge since I know they won’t help me. Would not recommend getting food at any time from this sonic. The fries were as hard as a rock.

When you balance out speed, convenience, price, taste, and selection, sonic is a pretty good choice for fast food. I would always select here over McDonald's or Burger King, Carl's Jr has some good burgers, but it's too expensive, 5 guys is excellent, but it's another class, not quite fast food, Wendy's seems to be slightly less quality lately. Sonic also has a number of other good sides like tater tots for an option, and tons of different drinks and shakes which adds to the appeal. The people who work at this sonic on Cheyenne always seem really nice too, it's a plus. This one was so good that even my cat came and ate a tater tot off my plate and she never does that.

Ok I would like to give all 5 stars but I can't because of the false advertisement in one of their drinks. They have a drink called Strawberry Fusion Fizz the exact description reads: A refreshing twist to sparkling water, infused with the SWEET and tangy flavors of raspberry, peach, and real strawberries. I ordered this drink twice within a month thinking the second one would be different and it wasnt. I kept tasting that diet soda after taste. I couldn't drink it. I called and they said they just use sparkling water and the flavors and it's not a diet drink. After insisting on finding out If the flavors were diet or whatever he finally told me the pea h and raspberry are diet basically sugar free. No wonder. I told them they should say that in the description because "SWEET" means sugar not that diet stuff. He said they can't do that because it's not a diet drink because if the strawberries. Well then say is sugar free raspberry and peach syrup then so people have the option to want it or not instead of us buying it and sipping on that Nasty stuff. Ruins the entire taste in your mouth for a while. He didn't want to hear me talk about it anymore so i will call corporate for false advertisement. Beware!!!!! It's gross if you are expecting a nice tangy sweet drink. Its full on diet!!!!!

After dropping off our mail at the Tenaya post office I was very hungry and thought off doing a drive through at Sonic, I remember my last visit how good their chocolate shakes were and how it was double the size of what you could get at an In and Out Burger joint. I was not disappointed, while other fast food places have been reducing the size of burgers and fries Sonic raised the bar and increased the size of both food and shakes, was not impressed with the size of the fries but everything else was over the top. I ordered the DOUBLE SMASHER Burger which was totally delicious as well as the Shake, and gave the fries to my pet lizard riding shot gun. at drive through I was met with a smiling employee ready to take my money. Great experience and strongly suggest trying these large shakes (come with a cherry on top) Get 1/2 off drinks and slushies ALL DAY when you order ahead on the Sonic App
Normally, I don't like to give bad reviews but since the last few times have not been that great, I think it's time to give them what they deserve. I mean i get it, it's fast food and it's not a super high quality 5 star restaurant, but I mean cmon when I have to wait for over half an hour to get my complete order!?!?! All I ordered was tots the picked fries and mozzarella sticks 2 ice creams for my dogs and a sonic blast and a for beer float. I then proceed to wait from when I place my order to pay that's like 10 minutes. Then as soon as i pay the clock starts. I get my fried food first then a few minutes later I get the sonic blast, then about 5 minutes after that she says ok or ice cream isn't working right now it'll take 10 minutes to come back up, I'm like ok no problem I'll just pull onto a stall. She said no just wait there. Like what? Why, I see you preparing everything else for everyone behind me why am I waiting here. 20 minutes go by and she finally comes to the window and says oh well the machine isn't coming back so do you just want to cancel your order? I'm like at this point yes, refund my money so I can just leave, I already ate my food in the drive through, and my blast is already melted so she takes her time to go to the register next thing I know she then brings out 1 of the ice cream and says oh we just got it back up. And I'm like fine, just get my stuff and I can leave. Another 8 minutes go by and I get my other ice cream and root beer float, and even the first ice cream started to melt and barely got anything on the second ice cream. Seems this place has many issues for whatever reason, needs new machines or just needs to be managed better, I don't know either way just ridiculous. I don't think I'll be back for quiet a while. I know that this isn't going to ruin sonics reputation and I don't want to sound like an entitled Karen, just giving advice to hopefully if you have other choices go elsewhere unless this is your only option, just know you will always have to wait egregious amounts of time in drive through.....
