Don’t go to this sonic. They showed our order as being ready 10 minutes ago and haven’t brought us anything and aren’t responding. We’ve been sitting for a half hour. Even giving them the order was difficult. Very poorly run. It shouldn’t take a half hour to get drive thru- they weren’t busy, just no one is paying attention

Don’t order on your mobile app for this one. I ordered a soda and a sonic blast and came to the spot, checked in, waited 20 minutes, called on the red button to see if it was coming, she said it would be out soon, and it never came. Ended up going through the drive through because I couldn’t cancel the order since I had already paid. Worst experience ever just to get a soda.

I placed the order at 4:08 p.m. and the app said it would be ready at 4:14. P.m.. I got to the stall at 4:11, and checked in. And the screen at the stall. Both said that my order was ready at 4:13. I waited and waited, and at 4:20 I had to go find someone to retrieve my order. I heard arguing and profanities in the background as they tried to figure out whose fault it was. When I finally got my order, four slushes, they were melted. At that point I just wanted to leave so my kids didn't have to wait any longer or be exposed to the angry customer service workers any longer. I know I only spent $5, so it doesn't seem like a huge deal, but I was extremely disappointed.

Food great. Only negative for me is the software for the credit card reader on all menu boards. It is an embarassment to technology.

If you pull into a stall it will take FOREVER! I pushed the red button and it said “we’ll be with you soon” then it disappeared after like 5-10 minutes of waiting! But I had actually started ordering through the app so whatever! I checked in and it still took about 15 minutes to get my food. Then we ordered one more drink to go and it took 15 minutes for the screen to tell me my drink was on its way and 5 more minutes for it to actually be delivered! And then…. Don’t get a dirty drink! (Insert puke face) that’s nasty! I was here for an hour! Luckily I’m just hanging out with my son today!

This is one of the nicest Sonics in Vegas. Food is good but service is terrible.A year ago, I came to pick up an UberEats order. I waited over 20 minutes for the order. They forgot I was waiting. They blamed it on someone new who was training. No worries, not a big deal.I have a Sonic closer to my house(Lake Mead), and the service is always quick. I never had a need to come here.Tonight, I was closer to this location. I did an order on the app because they had bogo free buffalo chicken dip bites and, of course, happy hour.I checked in at about 7:29pm(when my app said my order would be ready) and waited over 5 minutes. I wasn't in a rush. Then I saw on the screen that it said my food was sent, and then it went back to the order screen. I waited maybe 4 more minutes because they could have been on their way to my car. Nothing came. I pressed the button and asked about my food. They had it and sent it right out.I still tipped in cash despite everything.The food was good and my drink was great.I just don't plan on ever coming back to this location. I'll stick to the one on Lake Mead.

Ok so update to this review as of Feb 1, 2024.. the sonic on Cheyenne off the 95 is franchise and stopped selling OJ ..so apparently thier GM needs to get it back bcuz again how do you get rid of OJ. Smh. Bad call GM. OTHER SONICS STILL HAVE IT.Also how do you charge for water and then dont tell your customer this. Im sitting here counting my change you gave me back, and $8. Meal and i get $9 back. You need to advise ppl of this. I mean common sense is just gone now days. And no its not the fact that its charge for its the fact its not advised upon.Service great as always and came by to get breakfast, BUT HOW DO YOU GET RID AND DO AWAY WITH YOUR OJ, WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT. GUY TELLS ME IT WAS A CORPERATE DECISION. CORPORATE YALL MADE A DUMB MOVE EVERY PLACE SELLS OJ FOR A BREAKFAST DRINK. BRING IT BACK PLEASE.

Drinks were unbelievably sticky on the outside of the cups to the point you can't put them in your cup holders. Garlic Butter burger was 80% garlic 20% cheese. Staff is doing their best though. Management needs to have the site brought up to a modern standard by way of painting, deep cleaning and removing debris and spray

Oh my.. I visited this location to pick up an order for door dash on 12/03/23 @ 12:31am and received the worst service I've ever experienced.I pulled up to a stall and pushed the button. A young lady yells out that the stalls are closed and to go to the drive thru, no greeting, no friendly tone, just yelling. I pushed it again and she wouldn't even give me an opportunity to speak. I wasn't sure if they could just bring it out or if I had to get in line which was very long and that's what I was trying to avoid. After pressing the button and being barked at several times, I had to interrupt her yelling and say that I was there for a pick up. She said the same thing in an extremely rude tone.I waited in the long line, get to the window, and she gives me the order. I ask for her name, she asks why. I told her that I would like to do a review on my service. She tells me (in an aggressive tone) that I'm not a customer so it doesn't matter and she doesn't have to give me her name.She was a young unattractive Caucasian girl, very pointy nose, and pointy ears. If you're unhappy with your job that's fine but don't take it out on the people that pay or anyone else for that matter. Everyone isn't cut out for customer service jobs and that's why warehouse jobs exist and other jobs similar.I asked her two times and she wanted to argue so I just said it's ok and drove off because other people work there and I just thought, I'll call back at a later time and get her name to report her. I did just that and her name is Jaycee but she also goes by Marie. This person should not interact with customers, I'm not sure how her work ethics is but she is not at all good with people and should only make orders or perhaps not work there as she was clearly unhappy.
