Sonic needs to place some sort of lighted notice clearly visible, informing customers that they MUST go through the Drive-Thru after 10 PM to pick up their app order. Also, the app should also make customers aware of this. I sat 20 minutes waiting patiently for my order to be brought out, only to find out that is was sitting on the counter inside, melting, waiting for me to go through the drive thru. There was absolutely NO INDICATION of that. My app simply instructed me to park and enter the stall number. PLEASE for the love of God, inform your customers..

Waited half an hour for a powerade I had preordered on the app for pick up at and showed up 10 minutes past the pick up only to wait an extra 20, pressed the red button and watched the people inside look back at me while they continued to ignore me, another customer kept going to their door as he had been waiting for a long time, had to leave after 35 minutes empty handed, will be disputing the purchase with the bank as this happened the last time I was here for just a Coke, thought Id try again, what a waste of time.

Worst experience ever. Ordered the same thing twice 2 days Ina. Row through uber eats and both times had to have my order refunded because it took over 2 hrs to attempt to get it to me. I'd your employees don't want their jobs they should just quit, called 4 times to see what was going on and it just rang through, this is some of the worst customer care I have ever seen. This place should think of either having actual managers work graveyard shifts to get this in line or they should close the location never seen a fast food location not what to serve someone who orders 50 dollars in food or try to keep their business, my suggestion is order from the one on warm springs, they pick up the phone and sound friendly and willing to work. But this location is pathetic

This place used to be much better, but lately it's gotten a lot worse. Something always seems to go wrong when you're there. You wanted four shakes, but they could only give you three because they ran out of ice cream. You wanted a soft drink, but they didn't have the one you wanted or the next two because they were out of those too. Melted shakes are common here since it takes over 20 minutes to even get your order.

Ordered food. Not so bad of a wait time. The young girl was very sweet. Something was wrong with my order so i went to go to the sitting area button to let them know. There were some bum people hanging about but, weren't bothering anyone. The older girl was very rude when answering me and being a bit of a smart alec. Said she would send their manager out to come check my order. I was ready with my defenses up but, was met with an understanding guy who redid the order for me. I won't mind coming here again. Even if you have to deal with the girl just know that the customer service skills the manager has to make things right will always win. Not everyone can be perfect anyways.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a special parking spot for one

There is one server here who is the entire reason I keep coming to this particular location.She always has a smile, is patient and helpful.My grandson kidna just discovered he likes cherries, so I told the lady and she added more the next time we came! What!? I think she is the manager. All I know is she is amazing.Kid-friendliness: The manager was amazing with my grandson.

This is a medium lol and she said this is all they have and charged us $5.89 plus tax and hands us this tiny cup. There the same size as my hand lol. My kids are in the car behind us and pull up with a much bigger cup saying it's a medium. So something wasn't right. Bottom line don't waste your money it time. The girl didn't even hand us a receipt or say thank you. Terrible service and attitude.

I been there 10 times thinking, hoping, one day the will get my order right. Only twice it was right. I just can give this place no more chances. Everyone messes up it doesn’t matter what time of the day. Everyone is so confused all the time ??‍♀️
