Ordered online on a non busy Tuesday. Yea - weak Tea tasted like water, fries overcooked w/o sauce included. Burger cooked but added onions mistakenly. Sad that this Sonic is always slow, mismanaged, and orders often wrong. Last chance, headed to another location from now on. Please do better for your purchasing community.

I was at a stall for 15 minutes with red button on and nothing so maybe it wasn't working or something but moved to a different stall anther 10 minutes and still nothing!! they suck not coming here again!!

I got my 2 orders of pickle fries & asked for ranch . They told me they had no ranch at all . They wouldn't be getting any in until next year . Had I known they didn't have ranch I wouldn't have ordered pickle fries. To top it off look at my grape slushy. Didn't even hardly have any grape flavor. Will not be going back here . We went down the street to the other Sonic & they were out of the packets of ranch . But they made me up a few 2 go cups of it . ( they had a big bottle in the back they poured it from) The lazy people at this Sonic couldn't do that? Wish I could give negative stars.
