Sorry but The ice cream is very tasty, the staff is bad and not nice, and the guy at the cash register has dirty hands.

Ice Cream is amazing. Staff is polite, smiling, and helpful. This is the best ice cream.

I love this place so much!! I have been here many times and the customer service is always amazing! My sister and I went to try the new fall flavors and the young tall gentleman was so kind and gave us yummy samples. I 10 out of 10 recommend. Every flavor is so good. we love the vegan ones too!

Our family loves Sorry Not Sorry. The workers are always so friendly and welcoming. The ice cream is made in house, the flavors are all unique and we love the seasonal rotation of ice creams. One of my favorite things is getting a split scoop which is charged as a single scoop (+50¢) and you get to try two flavors! As a chocolate lover, the triple chocolate chunk brownie is always on point and I love mixing it with the cookie butter swirl to get that creamy biscoff flavor.

Not sure what happen tonight with my ice cream but it had an awful after taste, like someone mixed in gasoline into the ice cream. I had the waffle cone with strawberry shortcake, my kids had the cup with strawberry shortcake. Both me and my son had to rinse our mouth out with water and we threw it away. I think I’ll stick to cold stone smh.

This place offers smooth soft ice cream. I like it. They have fun flavors. I have found some flavors to be very sweet and others just right. But nonetheless, I've been here a few times and will return.

Me and my daughter just found our new ice cream stop. Thank you to the nice and respectful employee who I asked to chose our ice cream flavor for us. His recommendation didnt fail us. They're good, light and not too sweet and the serving is big.

I have NO IDEA how this place only has 4.5 stars… Hands down, the best ice cream shop in Vegas! The ice cream is incredible, the cones are delicious, and the staff is always super friendly (shoutout to Azara for always remembering my wife’s order). Plus, they take my wife’s gluten allergy seriously and are always happy to accommodate. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Helpful friendly staff. Flavors are delicious. Ice cream is fresh. Waffle cone is perfectly crisp and lightly sweet. Worth the price.

Customer service here is terrible and it’s unfortunate because this place is convenient. Sucks, now I have to drive all the way to spring valley for salt and spoon. I just can’t imagine staring a customer dead in the face and not speaking. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would make a world of difference. There were only two customers including myself in the store. Everyone else was performing random “tasks”.

This place is 100% what it's hyped up to be some of the best ice cream I've ever had super creamy and smooth. This is hands down the best ice cream I've ever had in my life if you haven't had it you need to go have it and you will have it more then once I promise
