Soulbelly BBQ Sucks, The food is terrible and the people are worse. I would only recommend this to my worst enemy and maybe not even that. The people who run this establishment are not professional are not kind and are not humane. The food is less than exemplary. I would not feed this food to my dog.I would not feed this food to a homeless man.I would burn it before letting it touch the tongue of any other person. I saw the owner on season 15 of the show chopped, he was even worse in person. 0/5 stars.
Had the brisket was amazing…Mac & cheese was about 7/10 the atmosphere is awesome with live music 6-9 pm lots of TVs and good happy hour menu…sat at bar they never asked me what i wanted but they were changing shifts also so i got a table to sit at and my waitress was amazing very nice the girl from Idaho highly recommend she made my experience a lot better…will be coming back

Great little casual spot with live music!
Great place for some awesome BBQ also a variety of different flavors BBQ sauces, customer service was A1⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been eager to visit this spot for quite some time, and finally made it a point to stop in on a Sunday afternoon. Even at 2 p.m., the place radiates an inviting energy—I can only imagine how lively and electric it must feel on a busy evening.
The menu offers an impressive array of food, beers, and spirits, with an especially strong selection of bourbons and whiskeys.
I settled on the Belly of Soul sandwich, and it was outstanding. The brisket is thick-cut, wonderfully tender, and brimming with smoky flavor, layered with rich cheese sauce, crispy onions, and a perfectly cooked fried egg. The house offers three signature BBQ sauces; I chose the Carolina—specifically their East Carolina variety—and it was phenomenal: tangy, balanced, and exactly what the brisket needed.
For a side, I ordered the mac and cheese, which impressed me enough to skip my usual heavy hand with the salt shaker. It was creamy, flavorful, and satisfying on its own.
The space also features a stage, clearly set up for live music, though I’m not sure exactly when performances happen. That added touch, combined with the already great vibe, makes me excited to come back in the evening and soak up the full experience.
Though I didn’t try the cocktails this visit, I watched the bartender craft a few intriguing drinks that I’ll definitely return to sample. Overall, this place is absolutely worth the wait—and next time, I’ll be staying well into the night.

We stopped in with friends based on the online reviews. There was 8 of us, so each couple ordered a different appetizer to share with everyone and then we all split a chefs choice for both 4 people and then 2. The appetizers were quite delicious with us ordering loaded barbecue fries and another group ordering the fried mac and cheese balls. The chefs choice, while delicious...., seemed to be chosen just based on what they had more of as opposed to anything else. The brisket was absolutely fantastic and the smoked sausage was a close second. The shredded pork and the smoked turkey were both very dry and seemed to have been sitting around for a bit. Our server was fantastic and the music being played was also great as far as we were concerned. The bill ended up being about $480 for the 8 of us.... so slightly expensive. However, we all left full.

I had the smoked turkey sandwich with slaw. The slaw wasn't good, and the sandwich was small and not seasoned at all. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is quite appealing, but the food just wasn't very good.

72$ for 4 slices of brisket, 4 pork ribs, a sandwich, and a portion of slaw. Some of the best tasting BBQ I've ever had but the portions are a joke.
Just grabbed a late lunch during work. I have been traveling across the united states for nearly 20 years and have sampled styles of BBQ including St. Louis, Memphis, Carolina, Mississippi and Texas. Soul Belly is the contender for Las Vegas BBQ with a quality smoke ring with a choice of lean or fatty brisket and a good bark on the outer perimeter. The pulled pork was on point and the mac' n cheese side was full of flavor, rich and creamy. The corn bread had that crisp outside with a soft and savory inside and just a touch of sweetness. They ran out of smoked turkey and pork rib by the time we arrived, and we will be coming back soon!
Parking: Location for parking was ample just across the street in a large lot.
