We stopped in with friends based on the online reviews. There was 8 of us, so each couple ordered a different appetizer to share with everyone and then we all split a chefs choice for both 4 people and then 2. The appetizers were quite delicious with us ordering loaded barbecue fries and another group ordering the fried mac and cheese balls. The chefs choice, while delicious...., seemed to be chosen just based on what they had more of as opposed to anything else. The brisket was absolutely fantastic and the smoked sausage was a close second. The shredded pork and the smoked turkey were both very dry and seemed to have been sitting around for a bit. Our server was fantastic and the music being played was also great as far as we were concerned. The bill ended up being about $480 for the 8 of us.... so slightly expensive. However, we all left full.

I had the smoked turkey sandwich with slaw. The slaw wasn't good, and the sandwich was small and not seasoned at all. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, which is quite appealing, but the food just wasn't very good.

72$ for 4 slices of brisket, 4 pork ribs, a sandwich, and a portion of slaw. Some of the best tasting BBQ I've ever had but the portions are a joke.
Just grabbed a late lunch during work. I have been traveling across the united states for nearly 20 years and have sampled styles of BBQ including St. Louis, Memphis, Carolina, Mississippi and Texas. Soul Belly is the contender for Las Vegas BBQ with a quality smoke ring with a choice of lean or fatty brisket and a good bark on the outer perimeter. The pulled pork was on point and the mac' n cheese side was full of flavor, rich and creamy. The corn bread had that crisp outside with a soft and savory inside and just a touch of sweetness. They ran out of smoked turkey and pork rib by the time we arrived, and we will be coming back soon!
Parking: Location for parking was ample just across the street in a large lot.

Their pork belly was delicious! Live music is always cool. My cornbread was burnt and dry. Mac and cheese was pretty good.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has open seating so very wheelchair accessible.

Mouthwatering barbeque with great drinks and great service! Maria was the sweetest and always there when we needed something. There's plenty of seating and the food comes out hot and fresh and is so delicious, this is going to be a stop every single time I go to Vegas!

This is a nice little BBQ spot in the Vegas Arts District. We got there too early for the live music, bit the food was really good. We tried the burnt ends (the small ends of a brisket) along with a couple of local beers. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth good, tender and grilled to perfection, dressed with house BBQ sauce. Definitely recommend!

We visited Soul Belly BBQ in Vegas, and it was worth the stop! I had the pork belly with creamy mac and cheese, while my husband tried the brisket sandwich, which he said was one of the best he’s ever had. I would recommend.
