Most authentic Taiwanese breakfast! If you are not sure if it’s worthy of trying, my answer is yes!! My husband and I arrived on Monday before 1PM, but we were told later that they sold out everything before 1PM the previous day, and they close at 2PM, so we were pretty lucky! The food was amazing! The owner was so friendly and made wonderful recommendation. The noodle soup that her 91 year old grandma taught her to make was exceptional! Authentic flavors.
Tried the Spring Mountain Road location (they have 2 places). Ordered the zhajiang mein along with a cucumber salad appetizer. The zhajiang mein was nicely seasoned, although the noodles were slightly undercooked. It also came with a soy sauce egg. The cucumber salad was nicely refreshing.
