South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries

Tasty, and a good portion. I had The Bell Ringer (8inch). It was piping hot and hit the spot. My meal was probably the best value compared to any other option. It's a food court so let's give the service and atmosphere a pass.

I’m giving it a Three, They messed up my order -For management (1260) . I was told by the manager they were going to redo my whole order three large subs two fries and a drink, They apologized for their mistake and i said it was okay. I come back today to pick up and the same lady that took my order there first was there, First of all let me start off by saying horrible attitude. if you don’t like dealing with your mistakes please don’t work in costumer service, Secondly i ask for them to remake the whole order she says “But the only thing that was wrong was the subs” Does your management not communicate with their team? I assume so because she knew where i was coming from and she said she remembered, I come here for lunch because it’s good but the service is horrible The only person that smiled at me while i was there was Carlos - Thank you for your kindness and your understanding I appreciate you! The rest of the staff please fix your face Thank you!

Pretty sure they just served up dog food with cheese on it and put it on a bun. Do yourself a favor and avoid every place serving food in this food court it is trash. Threw 3/4 of the sandwich away. It was awful. Never again will I come here and eat this trash

Unfortunately not the sandwich I was expecting. The staff wasn't very communicative, so I felt badly advised. The burgers were ordinary, the fries were boring and the value for money wasn't right. Not again

This morning I met 2 very lovely young ladies, very respectful and had big beautiful smiles, very welcoming and inviting energy. I only got the cashiers name I believe was marisa, the food was amazing! Employees at other fast food places should have this type of warm welcome like these 2 amazing ladies. Mall overall was good, just too hot.

There is nothing authentic about their Philly sandwiches. Dried out tasteless meat, canned mushrooms, no seasoning on the peppers and onions. Not enough cheese to call it a cheese steak sandwich. Overpriced for what you get.
