My new go to restaurant. The food was delicious and perfectly balance.

Disappointed. My family and I have been loyal customers at Soyo for years, sadly, this will be the last visit. From the moment we walked in, the service was noticeably poor, which was disappointing given our history with this restaurant. We were barely acknowledged and eventually—from across the room, casually signaled over to our table. The food, which has always been a highlight, was not up to the usual standard, and we shared our concerns. The manager simply stated our food was and could always be “prepared differently” and that felt dismissive—especially to someone who’s been enjoying these specific dishes for years, not just here, but many other places. In the end, we decided to leave. The restaurant is no longer the same.

Server was very helpful in guiding our choices. Tried some new things. Excellent!!!

I went for dinner on Sep 29 night, I ordered the Soyo BBQ steak and it was really good, huge portion for one person and the salad is great and fresh. All the 반찬 they served are all my favorite.. even they use mung bean sprout instead of soybean sprout omg love it.. And I don’t remember the server’s name but he is really nice, kind, with good smile and takes care of my table all the time! Thanks I will definitely come back next time❤️

First off the staff that work here are amazing. Second this is hands down the best spot to eat if you like Korean food. A must try is the spicy pork belly kimchi soup the small is huge the juice in it is amazing and soul warming. The spicy squid is also good but doesn't beat the soup! Definitely give them a try.

I'm so glad it wasn't a disappointment. Friendly server, though he seemed to be by himself so he was working very hard. Cute atmosphere and the food was good! I would give it 4.5 on the food if that was an option. As always, we ordered a variety of items to try.

Food was just okay, but the service was awful. The pork intestines were exploding and splattering hot oil everywhere—it even burned my face. Staff brushed it off, saying “that’s how it is,” which is ridiculous since other restaurants cook this dish without that happening. No one checked on me the entire time. Very unprofessional. Never coming back.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Me and my husband come to Vegas frequently and found this lovely Korean place for some rose tteokbokki. Needless to say we came back for more! SO GOOD and the staff is lovely too. Highly recommend
