This little Korean joint is as authentic as they come, the style is like a gastropub, there is no eat all you can eat BBQ here, but you will find some of the best Korean street food out there.
The spice level is not over whelming, you can enjoy your privacy in the individual booths or in a large group out on the floor. Great service. The pork feet was one of the best that I have tasted, especially the chilled tendon part of it. The pork neck bone hot pot was perfect for the chilly evening in Vegas, it warms your soul without burning your mouth.
Strongly recommended!
Loved that we got to enjoy a booth atmosphere. They serve you cold tea upon arrival. Food is amazing. Ordered sweet and spicy pork, AMAZING and meat Jhun, great but i felt more sauce should have been given. Loved their fish cake, Kim chee and shredded daikon... asked for more of those 3 bachan... that was last serving of fish cake and shredded daikon. They did come out with other machan to replace those (mac salad and potatoes). Kim chee was good. Always a preference thing for me but I loved their kim chee. Will definitely go back. Love that they were not rushing us out of there after our meal. Music was good. Vibe was good
Overall, the experience at Soyo Korean Restaurant was quite pleasant. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is really nice and cozy. I loved the way they presented the food – it looked very appetizing!
I tried a dish called Bi Bim Bap, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. The flavors were well-balanced, and the combination of rice, veggies, and sauce was perfect.
I also ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice, but it was just okay, not very impressive. It felt a bit too greasy, probably because we added cheese to it, which might have been our mistake.
Additionally, I tried a side dish that was similar to hash browns, but it wasn’t tasty at all.
The in-house salad was so good
They also have private cabana
One downside was the server. Since it was my first time at a Korean restaurant and I didn’t have much background about the cuisine, I expected some guidance. Unfortunately, the server wasn’t very helpful and didn’t provide any suggestions or explanations about the dishes.
Besides that, everything was okay, and I would definitely recommend the Bi Bim Bap if you visit.
Delicious food, nice atmosphere, awesome service, and budget-friendly. I recommend👍
Great korean street food at a solid price.
Will visit again soon
Love to come here, the place is always clean, the food & atmosphere is amazing, & good prices too. Also, Jay service is the best.
Amazing experience. Great service and vibes. Our server was very attentive. Food was incredible with great portion sizes! Very fresh! I got the grilled bbq chicken, kimchi pancake, and garlic squid and I recommend them all.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in Las Vegas. The meal was delicious, the service was amazing and overall the restaurant was wonderful. I wanted to go off the strip a little and I am glad I did. Was worth it in every aspect of the experience. I will absolutely be back in the future. Keep up the great work Soyo! Thank you.
Love this place! Best Korean spot!

Don’t go! Don’t go! Don’t go! Very few quantity, we ordered on line, and when we picked up in the restaurant, there is no guest in the restaurant, the food quantity is very very few, one of the dish is beef ribs, only several pieces of beef ribs on the top, others are all onions and cabbages on the bottom, this costs 30+ dollars, we still hungry after eating, will not go again
As someone working in the food industry, I usually don’t leave one-star reviews unless a restaurant is truly terrible. However, today, I decided to write this review to prevent others from experiencing the same disaster—both in terms of food quality and service.
Earlier tonight, our party placed an order through DoorDash, including three servings of fried chicken gizzards and rosé tteokbokki with extra mozzarella cheese. The chicken gizzards looked quite thick in the photos, so I called the restaurant and requested that they be cooked a little more thoroughly. But what did we receive? When the food arrived and we opened it, the chicken gizzards were burnt beyond recognition, resembling beef jerky. They were so overcooked that they were impossible to chew.
I called the restaurant to resolve the issue and asked for the manager, but the staff member who answered said the manager was not on duty at that time. I found it hard to believe that a restaurant could operate without a manager present.
When I asked how they were going to resolve this issue, the employee told me there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to contact DoorDash for a refund. Was that really the only solution?
I was completely shocked by both the disappointing food and the way they handled the situation. The $88 I spent felt like a complete waste.
For reference, their rosé tteokbokki didn’t taste anything like it should and clearly needs improvement from the kitchen.
I would never order from this place again.
This place has such delicious food and very good service. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Their bibimbap portion seems a bit smaller than in other korean places mainly because small amount of greenery in it. I hope they can fix it easily in future.
Very nice Korean restaurant, lovely staff, super clean and the food is great. We had the grilled squid, kimchi soup, and tofu bibimbap. Generous portions and side dishes. Remember to take photos of your plates before jumping on them they were delicious! Highly recommended.
