Soyo in Las Vegas had tasty Korean-style side dishes and good anju like gopchang hot pot, half & half chicken, and tteokbokki. It felt more like a pub than a typical Korean restaurant, but the food was enjoyable and it was a nice spot to spend a Friday night out. Kimchi was not my favorite 🥹

Friendly staff. The place inside is beautiful, like you are transported to korea. The food is amazing, and we had a cocktail which also was really good.

I decided to grab some late night Korean food here with friends - family style with small dishes to share. Service was pretty fast, I was greeted and sat down immediately in the booth section when we arrived (party of three). You can order off the small little ipad machine on the table. We ordered Kimchi Fried Rice, Short Ribs, Seafood Pancake, Mala Wings, and Sweet & Spicy Wings. We also got an assortment of banchan (five dishes) and one bowl of white rice. The food came out fairly quickly and everything was delicious. The four dishes were enough for three people.

Overall a great place for food no matter when you come. A pretty good portion and I definitely have a food coma when I left. Thank you though for the amazing food.

So for almost 25 years I never ate Korean, true Korean food unless it was Korean BBQ (which I love). I'm south Korean and Irish, and now that I know that we Koreans have some of the best food on the entire planet, everything here is sublime. The short rib stew (comes with rice you can either eat separately, or dip/pour into the stew) is probably hands down the best thing I've had in my life second to Foie gras and bone marrow. Get it with Soy. It's savory, sweet, and is amazing great. Got the red bean shaved ice. That's better than the watermelon ice Baskin Robin has.

As a korean bbq frequent, i dont particularly like this one due to the meat is too saucy and has a lot of liquid. Doesnt seem to be too good of a quality compared to other ayce

This spot saved me after a late flight into Vegas.
In a city known for nightlife, it’s wild how many places shut down by 11pm — but Soyo came through (open til 2am)
I had the Korean soft tofu stew, hearty and comforting, exactly what I needed. Also grabbed the rolled omelette, which was solid and satisfying.
Delicious food with lots of free Banchan. The LA Galbi was a stand out. Great service too, cool vibes
Soyo Kitchen is a nice spot for Korean food, conveniently located in Southern Highlands. The service was 9/10, and the atmosphere was relaxed, though it felt crowded when I went.
What to Try:
Rose Tteokbokki: A must-have! Make sure to add ramen as it takes the dish to the next level. Wasn’t a huge fan of the glass noodle with the sauce but there’s a variety of noodles included in the dish. One heads-up: the egg in the dish has been overboiled and bad every time I’ve had it (three times so far), so I’d skip it if possible and ask for extra noodles or something. Their to-go portions are HUGE. For just $20, I was able to feed both myself and my sister when we were hungry. Amazing value for the price!
So far, this has been my go-to dish because it’s super good, but next time, I’ll bring more friends so we can try more dishes together.
Soyo Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. Don’t know how authentic it is since I’m American but generous portions!
Good foods, cozy setting, and staffs are friendly.!!!

This place left me absolutely speechless. I love Korean food, & have tried various locations across CA & have never experienced Korean food quite like Soyo’s.
Let me tell you, everything is worth trying… their cheesy pork katsu udon is rich in flavor & the noodles are rightfully chewy, 10/10. Their Rosé tteokbokki coupled with perfectly al dente glass noodles, fishcake, sausage, & boiled egg… creamy, heavenly, 11/10. The best tteokbokki I’ve ever eaten. Garlic soy fried wings, 9/10. Crisp, flavorful. The mala wings, not my favorite only because of the sauce. Fishcake gimbap, 8/10. Texture & variety on par. Blood sausage was okay, 6/10. Army stew - classic, 7/10.
I plan on returning to try more menu items, because they just don’t miss. Do not sleep on this exceptionally delicious establishment!
I don't understand the idea of running a restaurant with such culinary skills.
1. Kimchi Bindaetteok... It's hard to eat because it's salty and burns a lot.
2. Album...too much kimchi was added so it was too salty and tasteless.
3. Soybean paste stew... It's salty and spicy... I can't taste the soybean paste at all... I tried it once and left it all... But they took all the money from us. They said they were sorry...

I recently tried the bulgogi at this Korean restaurant, and it was fantastic! The beef was tender and marinated perfectly with a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors. The portion size was generous, and it came with a variety of tasty side dishes that complemented the meal beautifully. If you’re looking for authentic Korean food, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended.

The food was great during both of our visits. However, the service was lacking; the servers were not very attentive and left us waiting for most of the time.
