I have such fond memories of Todd English's Olives in this iconic Bellagio spot, and sadly, Spago just doesn't capture any of that former magic. The decor feels cold and generic, especially the patio dining. The biggest disappointment was the service at the bar, which was hard to come by despite being one of the few people seated. While the beef carpaccio was a standout and the cocktails were well-made , there are soo many other spots that leave a lasting impression...
The Prix fix meal was excellent. The mid course add on "corn ravioli" was stand out and was a taste experience we haven't had - it was just delightful. And, OMG the cheesecake! One of the best we have ever had. Go have dinner here!!!
7pm Thurs seated promptly. A must place @Bellagio. Been dining here for 10yrs since the restaurant opened! They rolled out the red carpet...Amazing Bday experience for my wife. Delicious food from start to end. Paul our waiter is absolutely fantastic! Thx for everything, We can't wait to back.
