The server that we got was the worst person I ever met she did not ask if we had anything planned after our dinner like another server did. She forgot our drinks and we waited 45 minutes for them to arrive. When we got dessert she immediately threw the check at us after we just took one bite of the food. She also said "take your time but if you could take care of it as soon as possible." She was so rude but I loved the food.

Please do not put your credit card to make a reservation for this restaurant. Even though you have a emergency matter, they don't accept the same day cancel and will be charged $25 per person. They charged me $125 today. They said they can't waive due to system set up and manager is not in the restaurant? Funny.
I will start by saying that I'm very critical of fusion food in general because they are often glorified westernized food from other cultures. HOWEVER, this is not the case with Sparrow & Wolf. Each dish here is inspired by different culture but the innovative ways in which the dishes are created actually makes it work. It does not taste like a Westernized or toned-down version of anything, but instead is something truly flavorful and unique. The best time to go is on weekdays or if on weekends, definitely go after 9pm but get there before 9:30pm so that you can catch their chef's tasting menu, which is a must try. In addition, their drinks are also quite worth checking out. In addition, I'd recommend sitting at the bar for your dining experience. They tend to get very slow on their pacing when things get busy, which does impact the dining experience but if you eat at the bar counter, food tend to arrive at a more reasonable time. And lastly, if you are planning on dining there during Restaurant Week, do not go at the beginning of the event because it tend to be a VERY long wait for food as they need a few days to get into the groove of the new special menu

Good. I love this place!!!
Great little spot! We really enjoyed the flavors and unique atmosphere at sparrow and wolf! The food was fantastic! I really loved the Asian infusion inspired takes on several of their dishes. Their unique take an a charcuterie plate was spectacular. Only downside was dining area was a little cramped and service was solid, but not equal to the food.

We found this bar through chance when we hosted An event at our bar lake effect in slc and they left a cocktail book from Vegas. We took an Uber for 150$ to have a couple cocktails not knowing that they were sold out for a private event. Upon hearing how much we paid to get there they immediately said they could give us a table for drinks but would be unable to accommodate a food order which we completely understood. The service was fabulous. Drinks were unbelievable featured from local bartenders in the industry. Such an amazing experience we can’t wait to have a chance to return .
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.

Great food. Their lobster and tomato salad.. amazing. Pork dish, broccolini, Japanese sweet potato, and cocktails. Very good. Milk bread/cheese was decent, but bread was a bit dry. The waitress we had was so sweet but unfortunately the service was on the slower side. They were very busy, so I get it, but highly recommend staffing properly. I saw our waitress running around and serving people at the bar, across the restaurant. No fault of hers at all.
