Great food, great service. I’ve been here twice and both times it was super lively, but with a lot of ambient noise from the very happy customers at nearby tables. So it’s not a romantic place for sure, but it’s a fun atmosphere.

Came the night of Feb 3 2026.

Absolutely fantastic menu, one of those rare places where everything on the menu stands out and looks great.

It’s a must go

The simplest way I can describe this place is to just go and find out. The reason why I say that is because they are fine dining not specific to a genre and that their menu can always update. But that’s the good thing because my suggestion is to go there and go only based on what they suggest. Because that’s what we did and that’s what made it enjoyable.

The service made it easy because they were able to make suggestions and also adjust based on our liking. Not just with food, but with the beverages (wine) as well.

We sat at the bar which I felt made it more entertaining. You’re able to get a slight glimpse of the kitchen as it’s this white glowing light that peeks behind the bar. You can also look at all the different types of glasses they have.

Overall I say give this place a chance as it’s a nice spot to just try something new and not be too specific on what you eat. Just take a gamble and see what you end up with!

Fabulous meal! Creative flavors, textures and combinations. The veggie focused dishes were very novel. Super delicious. And, great cocktails! I would come here again! It's also great that they are part of the inKind app.

Felicia was our server but the whole staff went above and beyond bringing dishes out and tending to our table. We were celebrating our anniversary and they treated us like royalty. The food was fantastic too, from the oxtail hummus to the bacon wrapped stuffed date, to the BĂĄhn CuĂ´n (ground duck in rice paper rolls) that melt in your mouth. To the unbelievable cabbage dish. By far everything was perfect! Good selection of drinks also.

Extremely disappointing experience on a milestone birthday. The food was very good but the service was extremely sub-par. The only complaint from the food perspective was clearly a lack of thoughtfulness for accommodating gluten allergies. The low-light was when a lobster ravioli dish was replaced with a pile of roasted carrots drenched in an extremely overpowering cumin sauce.

The service portion of the meal was much worse: We saw our server only 3 times throughout the entire meal. After welcoming us and starting the tasting menu, she only returned to ask us about a second round of drinks. We opted in but “needed a minute to decide”. She never came back to take our order. Then she brought the check at the end which had an item on it that we did not order.

Unbelievable food. Get the chefs tasting menu you won’t be disappointed. I probably wouldn’t have ordered any item on it by my own but they were all amazing.

The food and service was outstanding, however the portions are on the smaller side. For the price being paid, the portions should be larger so you aren't leaving hungry.

The food was outstanding and everyone in our party loved it. We were a party of nine and we had been sitting for close to an hour before we received our first bite of food.

Sparrow + Wolf is elegant without being pretentious — the kind of place that knows exactly what it is and doesn’t need to show off. From the outside, it’s a little deceiving and almost feels like a speakeasy. One heads-up: the negative pressure at the entrance makes the door oddly hard to open and creates a mini wind tunnel effect. Avoid the first two high-top tables near the hostess stand — they tried to seat us there and it didn’t feel like we were actually in the restaurant. Plus, every time someone entered or left, you’d get blasted with howling air. We moved to the bar instead, which turned out to be the best decision.

Andrew behind the bar was the ultimate host — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Sitting at the bar also gives you a great perspective into the kitchen. It was spotless, tightly run, and impressive to watch. The chef was very serious but clearly kind and respectful with his staff. The team was industrious, focused, and somehow still looked like they were having fun — a well-oiled machine.

Start with the sourdough. Seriously. It’s made from an ancient starter that’s over 400 years old, and the butter is rich and indulgent in a way that’s hard to describe — unlike anything you’ve tasted before. Get the grilled oysters; they’re phenomenal. You’ll be licking the shells. The beet salad is a work of art — a true 3D painting on a plate. Don't miss out on the oxtail hummus. And definitely follow all of this with the lamb — it was clearly a favorite and seemed to be on nearly every table around us. The Kurobuta pork Asian-style dish brings serious heat, so if you’re sensitive to spice, proceed with caution.

Portions are on the smaller side, so plan accordingly if you’re a big eater like me. That said, everything is intentional, thoughtful, and executed beautifully.

This is exactly the kind of place you want when you go out to eat — food-driven, welcoming, and authentic. The best part? Getting off the Strip and dining with locals. I highly recommend Sparrow + Wolf, and next time I’d happily do the five-course tasting with wine pairing.
