Sparrow + Wolf provides a truly dynamic and impressive dining experience, ultimately deserving of a definitive 5-star rating. The quality of the food and the core service are splendid, showcasing creative and expertly prepared dishes that define modern Las Vegas dining.

Our evening did, unfortunately, include a disastrous hiccup with the service execution. This type of misstep could have easily make me walk out, but how the situation was managed is what truly sets this restaurant apart and confirms its elite status.

Upon explaining the issue to the restaurant's manager, Luis, he immediately addressed the situation with professionalism and genuine concern. Luis ensured that the mistake was fully resolved and made sure to take care of us, completely transforming a point of disappointment into a major positive.

The seamless service recovery left us entirely satisfied and made me a happy customer. We left deeply impressed by the managerial oversight and commitment to excellence. I am sincerely looking forward to visiting Sparrow + Wolf when I make a return trip to Las Vegas.

Best meal we've ever had

Felicia, our server, was wonderful. Great recommendations. Amber, the assistant general manager, made us feel like family. Rest of the crew flawlessly executed their roles

I plan to write a novel-sized review and start a food blog with this experience as my first entry

For now I'll reminisce on the food and share some pictures. Every dish was brilliant. Every mocktail was perfect

The oxtail hummus was truly something special. The cream, puff dessert finishes the experience exceptionally well, no matter which late course items are selected.

I flew in from Denver just for dinner here, and it absolutely did not disappoint! The meal was fantastic as always, complemented by exceptional service. To kick things off, I enjoyed oxtail hummus, dates, tuna, and sausage, which set the perfect tone for the night. The tilefish paired with sweet potato was delightful. And I have to mention the new dessert, which the chef personally served—what a lovely way to wrap up the evening! A big thank you to Luis for making the evening so special. I look forward to returning soon.

We had an amazing dinner. The variety was fantastic and everything was great. We were a party of 5 and my wife has some allergies to gluten and dairy and they were so kind to her! Highly recommend.

Hummus was the best dish- great. The rest of the meal was ok. Chef trying to be so different that it takes away from the dish. 2 people with small order for dinner was $200. Nervous staff

One of the most talented chefs in Vegas putting out some of the most creative, tasty food in town. The service understands hospitality very well, knows there products like a pro, the server we had last night has been there for a long time...Says a lot about the leadership

Great omakase style dinner recommended by our server. This was a business dinner and the manager was awesome in working with us to accommodate the needs of our group.

Incredible dining EXPERIENCE. Just let go and do the Chef's Tasting (including wine) and prepare for excellence in service and chef brilliance.

I picked this for my husband due to the “wolf” part of the name. Once we arrived, we were not disappointed! From the time we walked in until the time we left, exceptional service!! Owner even greeted us! I was a little hesitant about the food because I can be a picky eater but I can honestly say I went outside my box on everything & was not disappointed!!! Japanese sweet potatoes absolutely amazing!! Thank you for making our anniversary special!

Really enjoyed our meal here. Everything we had was delicious, although the tile fish dish was slightly salty. Absolutely loved the cocktails! Things that are must orders are the mini tuna tacos, the octopus risotto, and the sourdough bread. I need to emphasize this bread again bc it was really that good! Highly recommended!

I really wanted to like this place but wow did they disappoint. I felt like they abandoned us since there was a larger party there. They forgot our order of fois gras and the waitress only came back at the end for a second and by then we were on to dessert.

The food was not that good for 150 dollars a person. The risotto was crunchy! And the beans were not soft and felt undercooked. The meat was not tender enough but the octopus was fantastic.

Incredibly disappointed. Please go somewhere else, it is not worth coming here.

A friend and I did a walk-in last night. They were fully booked except for a small two person table near the front door. We both chose the Tasting menu. Bread service came with the first course, warm naan with Oxtail hummus. The Oxtail was served on top of the chickpea and curry oil hummus. It was delightful. The first course was comprised of three dishes. Oyster Duo - one served on the half shell with kumquat mae ploy, shiso oil and thia chili. Juicy tender oyster! Second was a fried oyster with red yuzu kosho butter, kaffir lime and rock miso. Loved the tart spicy miso and that delicate oyster. Peruvian Steelhead trout was next. Finely sliced firm crispy pear and whole small hazelnuts, nestled between raw rolled steelhead trout, with a brown butter ponzu. Yummy. Our VERY small table hardly had room for our drink glasses and water, so the third dish was put on hold. Fortunately, they immediately went back to the chef, and held the third dish of the first course, while we enjoyed bread and the first two dishes. Ultimately, as we completed the dishes, we received the final first course - two Banh Cuon, this was ground duck, wood ear mushroom, habanero, coconut, and rice wrapped in a small 1 1/2 inch roll. I wasn't as thrilled with this particular dish, but it was cooked well and nicely seasoned.

We chose a supplemental course of Foie Gras between the first and second course. This was a dish for each, not to share. The foie gras sat atop a small round of milk bread, pineapple and onion chili compote. We both really enjoy foie gras and this was delicious. I was not sure I liked the pineapple, but Judith loved it and thought it added a great balance to the onion chili compote.

The second course was composed of two dishes, Spanish Octopus, and Sweet Corn Agnolotti. The octopus tentacles were cut in tiny rings and nicely seasoned with spanish spices and thai basil, served atop squid ink risotto. The risotto was delicious. The rice was perfect, just barely aldente. It should smooth out on the plate, and be creamy just as it was on my plate. It was heavenly. I could have eaten a plate of it! My friend had never experienced squid ink pasta in any form, but found she also loved it. The sweet corn agnolotti was beautifully shaped tiny agnolotti, filled with shaved porchetta, poblano pepper, and dried salsa verde. The sweet corn could have easily disappeared into the background, but instead created this sweet background of corn lingering in your mouth. Yum!

Third course - Again two dishes, Wood fired lamb, and black pepper and honey pork flank. The medium rare lamb was sliced in 4 small slices over white beans, smoked onion and pickled fennel with rhubarb. I love fennel, and I can understand the relationship to rhubarb and the flavor it would bring. However. I could not find the fennel or rhubarb. I could see it, but the smoked onion overpowered the delicate taste of both of these items. The pork flank was crusted with black pepper and again sliced into 4 small slices. However, one slice each of us got was totally crusted in black pepper and quite spicy. Otherwise, enjoyable. There was supposed to be sweet potato banana puree, with peanut nuoc cham. The peanut nuoc cham overpowered the puree, it was just soft something in my mouth. Indiscernible.

Dessert - Vietnamese coffee. We each got one of these. This was Vietnamese coffee ice cream, with black okinawa sugar and condensed milk espuma. It was very good, albeit sticky with the sugar and espuma. The service was very good. I would go back in a different season and chose the tasting menu again. Next time I will make reservations.
