Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro offers a wonderful dining experience with superb service and great ambiance. The menu features delicious entrees, including rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce, and excellent appetizers like the pear salad and meatball. Guests can enjoy the bruschetta, which is good but could use more seasoning. The pizza is surprisingly good with a very nice crust and excellent cheese pull, although it needs more sauce. The shrimp linguine dish has been noted as very good. Don't miss the great value $35 bootleg of wine and the recommended tiramisu dessert. While service can be slow at times, some guests have mentioned that dishes may come out too quickly, possibly due to restaurant week. Overall, the experience is good and worth a visit, especially during busy times.
