Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro

This restraunt usually has bad service. Tonight was the absolute worst. The waiter forgot to bring a drink. We had to get someone else to get it. We ordered pizza with no olives. After a half hour we got pizza with olives. A salad was ordered with the pizza, that was never brought to the table. The entrees still weren't ready after waiting over an hour. We ended up taking the meals to go. This was the worst experience ever.

Menu was not good. Ordered Caesar salad which arrived half chopped and the other pieces were whole pieces of lettuce My hubby's fettuccine was tasteless. Our bruschetta had the balsamic vinegar on the bottom of the 3 small pieces of toast but couldn't taste the balsamic. Total waste of time and money.

We loved our meal ! The server Meghan was perfect. The bread was hot and fresh, salad was delicious and pasta dishes were hearty and tasty.

The restaurant wasn't busy but it took forever (almost an hour) for our dinner to arrive. When we got our meal, my brother had to send his order back as it was under cooked. The waitress Heather was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. They gave my brother a free dessert which was nice of them. The shrimp linguine dish was very good.

Good was beyond exceptional. Loved it! Wine selection was excellent and cocktails too. Good price for a hotel resort!

I feel like our only complaint being that the dishes came out TOO fast (maybe premade for restaurant week) is a pretty good summary. Excellent food, top notch service.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal. We started with the bruschetta, which was good. Not great, but good. It needs more punch... a little more acid and a little more seasoning would make that dish great. The pizza was surprisingly good. It needs more sauce, but the crust was very good, the amount of toppings is what I would expect, and there was excellent cheese pull. I got the spicy vodka sauce rigatoni with sausage and it was more than good and less than very good. It needed more heat, and slightly stronger tomato flavor. Fix those two things, as this dish will be golden. The service was excellent, as were the cocktails!

Very good garlic bread and meatballs for an appetizer. Pizza had a really good crust. The lasagna could use more sauce and less cheese.
I had to take off a star for the iced tea out of a Coke machine. If you're going to charge $5 for iced tea you should Brew it.

Dinner is always delicious my my server this time, Sherrie, Super friendly attentive and accommodating. I love the colors in the decor. We had the braised short, rib chicken parm and the pasta's nice and fresh.... Chocolate lava cake was a perfect size to end the delicious meal. Lots of seafood options.

If you ever lived in Italy you know real Italian food. This is not authentic Italian. However they are more than willing to accommodate and overall it's a pleasant experience. Out waitress was very helpful.

Once again a great dinner. Instead of the price fix menu this time (last time it was restaurant week), we choose our meal from the main menu. As a group of 4 we shared the frito miso which is there fried seafood appetizer we have never been disappointed. Our meals ranged from eggplant parmigiana to the short rib dish all were very delicious. Of course, we will be back again!

We both had a superb and delightful dinner at Spiedini Fiamma! From appetizer, entree dessert & coffee - we're very impressed of the quality of the food & service! Our server, Heather was on point and very attentive. Kudos also to Roberta, the resto manager for excellence in checking on us, and also kudos to Dajon, our beverage server!! We're locals and definitely we will be back!!

The food was fantastic - I had the three course summer menu, which included the meatball appetizer, the chicken, and tiramisu. The staff was attentive and the environment was lovely. The music was at a good level so you could actually talk. We will be back!
