Paid for drink and gave a tip! Took a picture of my receipt got back home to Louisiana waitress gave herself more money š¤Ø ! This comes as a HUGE embarrassment to the guy who invited us there. He lives in Vegas and bragged on this place. We were in town for the HCBU classic and a couple of us got jacked!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! I booked over 2 weeks ago for a birthday party! The door girl argued with EVERBODY I party about giving my 2 tables away I was PROMISED to begin with!!! The manager was hiding. We come in here way to often to be treated less and spend to much money!! We can go else where & get treated BETTER!! We was coming before it even started CRACKING! So we EXPECT WAY MORE RESPECT!

I went here on a Wednesday night to have a few drinks before heading home. The bar area was pretty full so we were told we could sit anywhere. Other than the bar area it was pretty empty. When we walk in I was told the drink deals. The atmosphere was cool very laid back good music. The service was fine our service was nice. My issue comes it at how over priced everything was. We ordered tequila lemon drops basically with Don Julio for the first round and the second round they were out of Don Julio so they gave us another top shelf liquor. The drinks came out in a Solo Clear Plastic Squat Cup Couldnāt have been no more 8 oz and a mixed drink. Iām thinking theyāll be about $10-$12 a piece at max because they were so tiny. Mine you itās only two of us. I went on the website and looked at the menu and decided to get wings to go. I thought $15 for six wings and fries was a little over priced But OK the pictures looks so good I wanted to try and decided to give it a shot. I assumed the bill would be about $65-$75 for four mixed drinks, six wings and fries. lol boy was I wrong $80 bucks for 4 mixed drinks in a small plastic cup not even glass?? Smh the the wings were $21 bucks not the $15 listed on their website smh. Canāt lie the food was good but way over priced. I did not complain, I paid my bill plus tipped but Iām sorry I will never be back or recommend. Iām a local and thatās just insane. And to add insult to entry, I asked for ranch with my wings only to find out when I got home they game me blue cheese lol Salty.

The menu was limited on Sunday. I suggest calling to make sure theyāre open for supper or not. We came early just to eat but food was for later during the Sunday kickback. Manager or owner (Alex?) was very accommodating because we had to come back. Had a Baja blast though.

As a fellow small business owner, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews about other small businesses, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve had in a very long time.
I booked a reservation for 15 guests for a surprise party for my husband. We had family flying in from all over, and with most of us being small business owners, we were very intentional about supporting Black-owned businesses during our trip. I had discovered this place on social media and was impressed by the 30ā40 menu items pictured on their website, along with their advertised happy hour (30% off until 9pm).
I received a confirmation for our 7:30pm reservation in a private VIP room. However, when we arrived, the bartender looked shocked to see us. The owner eventually came out and told us to āsit anywhere.ā When I reminded him of our reservation for the private room, he walked us to a dark back space and had to wake up a sleeping security guard from one of the booths before turning on the lights. It was clear they were not expecting us.
When we scanned the menu, it was completely different from what we saw onlineāonly about 6 items were available. The owner explained that they had recently changed chefs but hadnāt updated the menu yet. At this point, we considered leaving, but finding last-minute seating for 15 people would have been nearly impossible.
Service was painfully slow. It took about 30 minutes for drinks and nearly an hour for food, which arrived cold. Most dishes had to be sent back. The only highlight was the loaded potato, which tasted good but was served lukewarm.
We expressed our concerns to the owner, and while he did send over a $10 complimentary bottle of champagne and discounted our meals at happy hour pricing, it felt like too little, too late. The pricing also didnāt match what was advertised online.
All night I found myself apologizing to our guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment in good faith. While there may be potential, the lack of transparency, poor planning, and overall execution made for a very disappointing experience.
