Great place, very laid back welcoming and friendly. Bartender let me bring my backpack in from the airport although they have a sign that prohibits backpacks. There was nothing really going on as it was a Tuesday afternoon and 106 degrees outside. Bartender had just ordered pizza and offered to share with the 10 or so patrons that were there. I didn't stay long but the beer was a great relief on my walk and I'm glad I stopped in.
The bartender and clientele were very friendly and it turned out it was owned by the same person that had the Spotlight in Hollywood! I loved that place. Pool tables and karaoke also.
I go to The Spotlight Lounge on a regular basis. The drinks are awesome and priced right. The draft beers are always cold and free popcorn make the beer go down perfectly!. All the bartenders are very nice but Richard constantly pours the best cocktails!. Don't expect Karaoke night anytime soon or bingo, Management is not in any hurry to bring them back. Enjoy playing pool and shuffleboard during your stay. Not a big selection of food, but you can order a hotdog. The crowd...
