Terrible food and service. Lettuce on sandwiches are seasoned with vinaigrette and bacon bits are used for BLTs. They got my order wrong and after thirty minutes of waiting for the correct order I gave up. The others in my party were finished and I had enough. The person who took my order had it correct, she read it back to me twice since I emphasized my order due to allergies. The kitchen must not pay attention.

My mom and I went for lunch earlier today to this fantastic café and now we are hooked and will be returning every week. From the breathtaking views out the windows, to the extremely awesome and caring staff and the out of this world coffee, we had the best day. We both ordered different salads that came jam packed with the perfect amounts everything leaving us so full and satisfied. I'd highly recommend this place if you want to go to and actual Café. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, anti-dairy etc... this sanctuary has all the options and the best people to serve those options to you.

I ordered pistachio latte and it was the worst coffe I ever had. I threw it in a trash, had a heartburn and felt nauseous right away after couple of sips.

10 stars from me!!!
The vegan menu was spectacular!
So many option that it was hard to choose.
So refreshing after the junky food on the strip.
My son got a beautiful avocado toast which came with fresh (not pre packages) and perfectly ripe avocado on sourdough bread and I got a vegan burger. Both came with sides, I even had vegan bacon in my burger. We added a side of vegan egg which was excellent.
The prices are very reasonable and relatively low, We paid under $30 for a VERY filling meal for both me and my son.
The staff was so nice and they employ people with special needs which made it extra special.
If we ever find ourself in the area again we'll definitely come back!

Food was decent, french fries were a little under cooked but my turkey sandwich tasted incredible. I really just wanted to make a review because the service was incredible. Elijah the busser (hopefully thats how its spelled) was on top of everything. He was keeping everything clean, he was extremely polite in asking if we needed anything. He is seriously a star employee. That kind of service is what will make me definitely come back to the springs preserve cafe. :)

Seat yourself cafe. Grab a menu at the door and when you are ready to order, go up to the counter to pay and grab your number. Very cute atmosphere and great seating outside to see the strip in the distance. Very clean place. All 5 star comments. Staff was great except...

The only reason why this got 3 stars is because I ordered birthday waffles (for my birthday) and pancakes with fruit came out. When the error was mentioned, plain waffles were the replacement. I have no idea what the birthday cake waffles are, but pretty sure they aren't plain waffle mix. Really bummed so we gave up asking for the correct order. They let us keep the pancakes anyway, so I guess that's fine. Just a little bitter about not getting the special waffles.

Also, the syrup is hotel syrup. Kinda weird tasting.

They just can’t figure this venue out. It is for families with young children and this food selection is awful. Maybe the next cafe can do better. Until then we eat somewhere else after our visit

Springs Cafe and Bronze Cafe (smoke Ranch/Buffalo) are the same café, albeit different name. Same vegan menu, different but awesome staff (except the person who I believe is the owner). I usually get the veducated sandwich but today I go the David's Special salad and, while it was wicked good, I wish they'd add more variety of leafy goods, not just kale. Either way, glad I located it. And if I'm to be honest, both locations would be deserving of 5 stars if they were all vegan. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-13

I’m a member at springs preserve so I bring my daughter here often. We were eating lunch and noticed my daughter start looking sick so I brought her outside where she unfortunately vomited. A female cafe employee walked out, saw the throw up and yelled “EW!” I understand it’s gross to see but very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for an establishment where children come daily.
The young man who helped clean was very respectful and kind so thank you to him.

In a city brimming with cafés that cater to every palate, this café manages to fall short in so many places. My partner and I visit on a Sunday morning before a day at Springs Preserve. For a nearly $40 ticket, we received a plate of 4 Pancakes, Grilled Cheese and Fries with a side of "Tomato Soup," two iced coffees and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. To begin, the pancakes were obviously frozen and were about as edible as used tires. They were served cold and topped with fresh fruit, which was delicious on its own but not nearly delicious enough to make the pancakes palatable. McDonald's hotcakes are somehow a better option, especially considering they're served hot. Regarding the Grilled Cheese and side of Tomato Soup, you could probably do better in your own kitchen. That being said it was still delicious despite being served with a freezing cold bowl of marinara sauce. That's right, marinara sauce, not the Tomato Soup they claim to serve with this dish. The side of breakfast was just downright dissapointing. They were burnt, and we simply could not eat them at all. Much like with the rest of our food, we did not finish much of it, instead choosing to fill up on fries before leaving. Our drinks were JUST okay, we enjoyed them. The service was far from terrible, in fact our cashier and the foodrunner were nice. We decided not to complain to the employees, because we would rather just let things go, but our experience might help others who might fall victim to this café. This is our second visit, and this time we had hoped to come around to have a nice filling breakfast before a relaxing day at Springs Preserve. Instead we had an expensive and regretable breakfast. The last time we visited we had ordered Boomtown Burgers and they were phenomenal, so our trust in this café was right where it needed to be. However, my partner and I believe a safer option would be to just pack a lunch or visit a local spot that at least has the decency to prepare pancakes fresh in-house. In the end I just wish this place was a good option to just have a seat and prepare for a nice day, or wind down after a nice day was had, but for the high price and beyond low quality food, this place just isn't where it needs to be.
