Stack Restaurant & Bar

Initially, we were impressed by the appetizers, the lobster tacos, and Hamachi are awesome! But the meal was an issue from the start. First it took forever to get our order taken. When I received my lobster risotto the lobster was well overcooked the waiter who was awesome, had it replaced, and it came out a lot better, however, the risotto itself was sour, mushy but undercooked.

Food was pretty good. I had the Seafood Risotto which was good but the lobster tail was a little overcooked. The Hot Rock appetizer was excellent!

I was lucky enough to find this establishment while staying at the Mirage. This is a hidden gem in the smoke filled hotel of the Mirage. The food is quality as well as the service. The ambiance is above average.

Streak Fries we're good, not sure if they were $60 good, but no complaints. Service at the bar was very good although seating was a little cramped. Good option if you're at the mirage for a show, but much better options off strip.

All service was top notch, superb ambiance, & the food is very well presented and overall good, the steak that I had was cooked perfectly, and was juicy, but 4 me lacked in flavor dept. Our server, and his name escapes me, but he was over the top polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. A most defitinate recommendation!! It is pricey, but alot in Vegas now is...

My wife and I have been dining here since 2017 and it keeps getting better and better!! Vince is the absolute best server in Las Vegas and he always makes our dining experience one of a kind!! Thank you for another outstanding dinner!!! We just hope that STACK stays once the renovations take place at the property! Five Stars all the way!!!

Omg everything was amazing!!! We had the ribeye and the filet with a lobster tail and the mac and cheese and creamed spinach for sides .it was all phenomenal !!! The server and the support staff was all amazing drinks were good. We had a really great dinner. Thank you so much !!! We were here Wed Sept 27th 2023 @6pm

The wings are very small but slathered in sauce to cover the lack of flavor. The wings are similar to a furnish game hen size. The drinks were very good. I won't go again.

Congratulations to The Mirage and the staff at Stack for creating a wonderful dining experience. The menu has amazing options and the service outstanding. I’m a return customer and work very hard for my money. This is money well spent ?

Love, love, love everything we were served! My seafood risotto was full of large chunks of seafood and was delicious. My picky husband said his Chilean sea bass was perfect. The donuts were a perfect ending.

It’s that’s feeling when you were thinking something subconsciously and you make the connection. It was our second visit to Stack in the Mirage and I noticed how outgoing and accommodating the staff was. I was thinking to myself how good it felt to be there when I realize why. Brandon the food runner stopped at the table to ask a random question which turned into the most pleasant exchange. A bit of restaurant history and menu suggestions. Kyle our server was excellent. Prompt yet patient with our pace. Ribeye was excellent again. The manager Seth definitely has a pulse of what is going on in his restaurant. Class act. If you have the chance definitely stop by or make a reservation.

Loved the wings we didn't like that our waiter didn't inform us they charge $10 for a bottle of water. They brought us water to the table and it was sink water nasty. So we asked if they had bottle water she said yes but failed to inform us it was $10 not cool at all.

The food was average for the price. I expected the prices but assumed the food would be worth it. Nothing was bad but nothing was good either. Our waiter, Kyle, was attentive in the beginning but once the food was served we never saw him again. I sat with an empty drink for over 20 minutes.

Food was amazing and service was great! My wife had the fillet and it was cook exactly how she likes it. Mash potato, tater tots and mac-n-cheese sides were outstanding. I had the seafood Risotto and I highly recommend it. Best I've had in a long time.
