Service was very kind and polite. The food left something to be desired. All the food was good, but it was something you can get at any diner.
The eggs were cooked in so much butter that that was all I could taste. It felt more novel to get the fun pancakes, but overall they were just okay.

Can't remember what they were listed as by name but these red velvet pancakes were awesome. I can eat a lot, but unless you're really hungry, I'd recommend the short stack and not the full, as I still have about a third that I couldn't finish. The state at the counter was so helpful and pleasant, she shared that Mondays and Tuesdays are normally slow (which is preferred for us). We'll definitely be backđ¤đ˝

Was ready to order when I walked in... the waitress made me wait until two people who walked in before me decided what they wanted... ill NEVER come back to a place that treats they're customers like this.

The food server never checked on us to see how food was, if we needed anything. I was disappointed with the service. The busser was great. The place was better a few years ago.

Upon entering, it appears to be a hidden gem (of NLV) amongst the other patrons. I felt as if I was welcomed into the club of breakfast bliss!!! The friendliness of the staff and patrons made it a welcoming place and the food was even better. 20$-25$ tops with tip included to feel full and a smile on you face until next time!!!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would!!! There was hair fried into my waffle and the manager claimed to not have seen the hair. My cousinâs French toast came out cold and was remade and there was hair in that as well. We were treated as if we were attempting to get out of paying for our meals. We were âservedâ by the manager of this particular location. She made comments such as âwell everybody has to payâ. We spoke to another manager on the phone and it was decided to take certain things off the table then she decided to say âwell whoever can payâ. From the hair in multiple plates to the extremely poor service and insulting comments made by the manager my family and I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

We decided to try this breakfast spot as a family, and overall, we left a bit satisfied. However, there were some mixed impressions.
First, letâs talk pricing: itâs definitely on the pricier side compared to your typical breakfast place. For example, the breakfast burrito I ordered, which was fairly standard and not very large, didnât feel worth the $20+ price tag. On the other hand, the pancakes my son ordered were a total highlightâhuge portions and absolutely delicious. The biscuits and gravy were also a standout dish, rich and flavorful.
Now, for something unexpected: the knives. I genuinely couldnât figure out which way to use them, and it turns out my whole family felt the same! They were awkward and frustrating to use, which made cutting food unnecessarily difficult. For a place charging premium prices, better utensils should be a no-brainer.
All in all, while the food (aside from the burrito) was great, the experience was a little overshadowed by the high prices and the strange knife situation. If youâre okay splurging on breakfast, this place could be worth a visitâbut Iâd suggest skipping the burrito and maybe packing your own knife!

We used to make a point to come across town to get breakfast here and always loved it but it seems the quality has gone majorly down hill in the last year or so. This morning we made the 30 min trip across town to come visit what used to be our favorite breakfast. Our server was lovely, there is nothing wrong with the service but the food is not what it once was. I don't know what happened with the coffee if they switched brands or what but it's just not the same, it's very bitter now. Our food came quickly which seemed nice at first but I quickly realized that it was under cooked. My hashbrowns were not browned at all and barely heated up. I got scrambled eggs with sausage n bacon in them with cheese on top. The bacon was under cooked, the cheese wasn't even melted and the whole thing tasted like straight up grease. The sausage gravy has become very bland and also tasted of grease. I decided to just box it up and take it home for my dogs. I ordered a pancake to go and that also wasn't cooked through.
60$ and a very disappointing breakfast for 2 has deterred us from ever coming back.

Basic breakfast for breakfast on the strip pricing. Nearly $40 for 2 normal basic sausage egg and cheese on toast is a little ridiculous. I went in because i genuinely thought the online pricing may have been inflated like some other places. But, nope! Same price on the menu. the lady at the front was super sweet, and the restaurant (inside) is cute with what seemed like regulars. But the quality doesn't match the price in my opinion. (To be fair, i didn't get anything else, and they seem to be known for their pancakes, but nothing seemed to be any different than any other regular breakfast joint) No frills and the breakfast sandwich was the cheapest thing if I'm not mistaken. Was certainly taken back by the prices.

The food was descent. I would something different if I went again and maybe it would like a wow factor to it. The place is like an old school diner. It had a home feeling to it. Out service was ok. They should definitely post sign letting you know you pay at the register versus waiting for the server to bring you your bill. We were waiting for our bill and noticed other tables were as well, then finally the server mentioned after we ask for the bill that we have to pay at the counter. Itâs a brunch spot so you can get breakfast or lunch which is nice.

Well overall I can say the service and atmosphere where at least enjoyable. It has a laid back grandma feel restaurant. But what sells it short was a few of the food situations they have. Not only did the burger I had with my breakfast had no flavor besides meat but the syrup container they gave me had no top on it. The tap water I received was by far the worst tasting tap water I had in a minute [ I got a coffee later]. Maybe it was a bad day but I don't think I shall return.

I had the misfortune of dining at Stacks and Yolks today and will not be returning. Maria was my server and she is a treasure. Sheâs amiable, smiles, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Apparently, this is not in the interest of the owner. I was in the middle of adding a last minute order of eggs, when the owner came over and rudely interrupted us to send Maria home. It was a horrifying thing to behold and my secondhand embarrassment was intense. He shooed her away like she was a dog! I couldnât believe it. âOut!â (Pointing at the door) âOut, I want you to go!â If she did something wrong, or he had something to address with her, he should have done that in private and not in the middle of the dining room, where guests could see him berating and degrading her. Shame on you for this. Be and do better.

I arrived in person to order carryout. I was greeted and then ignored as I reviewed the menu. A second employee greeted me, and ignored me - been there about 10 minutes at this point. They busily seated & served 4 to 6 customers AFTER I arrived. When a third employee said someone would be right with me, yet seated ANOTHER customer arriving well after me (now I'm at 15 minutes of being ignored), I left.....AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Rude and incapable of setting priorities.

Compared to baby stacks the breakfast burrito was amazing đ.
Before the pandemic, this place was great, but on our most recent visit, the wait staff hardly came by the table and the food was unseasoned and, frankly, mediocre. Not sure we'll come back again.
