Not from LV so I was excited to try something we don’t have in Tx. it was sooo good and the pancakes were a decent size. Good prices for what I got. Would def recommend for someone visiting.

Parking: This place is dirty, their tables had gum stuck to them, the grounds don’t look washed and they do not give you silverware/straw/napkins unless you repeatedly asked.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a tight place that does NOT cater to disabled people well. As we say there as DISABLED people we saw people using the disabled spots in front of the restaurant.

I had the Slim and a side of avocado. The food was fresh, the rye bread delicious and soft, and I was happy the avocado side was sliced avocado and not mashed or, guac like some places do. Staff was friendly and attentive but not overly so. Coffee was really fresh too!

Update: 2-26-25 - Food was great this time. Service not so much. All 4 of us had excellent dishes.

Food was ok, not great. Had the lemon and blueberry short stack combo with blueberries and bacon. The blueberries were soggy frozen ones (not fresh), the bacon unspectacular (thin, store bought Peyton's type).

Service was great (otherwise I would've given them only 3 stars)! Thanks Antonio for great service!

Wished the waiter informed us of how big these pancakes were when my 10 year old was ordering (3) pancakes. The pancakes were chewing and hard to eat. Not impressed by the food. What a shame, I been wanting to try this place outside for a while.

Service was good. Immediately greeted us and got our orders quickly. We ordered pancakes primarily. They were decent - a little chewy. Overall not bad, but I like Mr. Mama’s much better.

The food was kind of cold, they were constantly asking if everything was ok. What I order did not have much taste, if I need to add salt to give some flavor you know is not good.

Stumbled on this place more or less by accident. Was somewhat discouraged at reading reviews, but I decided to give it a try nonetheless. Was not disappointed whatsoever. On the contrary, my expectations were met and exceeded. The food was great and fresh. The servers were friendly and attentive. I thought pricing was very fair based on the portion sizes that were more than generous. All in all I would recommend and we will be back ourselves.

Found a piece of long hair in my skillet, the waiter was really embarrassed but the owner/manager came to our table with an attitude and no empathy. She quickly asked what I wanted and left.

Service and atmosphere is nice. Food was not good and the prices aren't family friendly. No way a basic breakfast bill should be 140 bucks for 4 people but when a sprite is 4$ and every add on including cheese at 2 bucks on eggs I see why. Visiting from Indiana. Tried and regretted it. Never again. Waffle and chicken wasn't that good. Bacon was burnt. Best thing was the hot chocolate. 2 out of 5 stars. Service and atmosphere was the 2 stars I'd give this place.
