I'm local, and I've worked in the convention industry for 18 years. this sturbucks has been amazing until recently, when LVCC bought the franchise. first of, prices are higher, secondly they have no sense of urgency to fulfill the orders and lastly, their customer service is the lowest I've experienced.there were 5 workers behind this counter and only one at the register and one filling drinks. Everyone else was socializing.they need to realize that the exhibitors and attendees of the conventions are the ones responsible for the success of their business, so it's embarrassing to make them wait 45 mins for a drink. Horrible, horrible!! I will never spend my money and time on this place again!!

Wow. If they can't pronounce your name they will just move on. Well first they will make up a name for you. Then they won't be able to pronounce the name they made up for you. That's when they will just put it aside. So I'm their defense it was beyond slammed today for the pack expo. However you gotta have a better system for distribution. The first person 1(A) handing out orders was loud the only one doing it. That was more effective than when that person left and four people took over. Person 1(B) would look at a cup read it to themselves and just push it to the side. Person 2 would mumble something and look around. Person 3 was bringing over sandwiches would show person 1(B) and they would try to match them up with drinks. At least that's what I think they were doing. Person 4 was just calling names for sandwiches. At one point there had to be about 8 drinks in one area snd 2 in another. Sandwich's in three different places along the counters. We watched the situation devolve into chaos in front of our eyes. Tomorrow we will get coffee before we leave our hotel.

2 hour wait, manager said Corporate won't shut off mobile orders because it will cut into profits. This company is money hungry and care nothing for their customers. What a joke.

47(!!!) minutes I had to wait to get my mobile order. People in-line waited about 15-20 minutes. You guys know that there is huge amount of people that will show up during conventions. Prices have gone up, quality of coffee, service down the drain. Please change it before I convert of being Dunkin’ consumer (really trying to avoid that). Really love Starbucks, but this place sucks (unfortunately many other places these days too).

Patiently waited for my ham and cheese croissant. Spoke with this very unhelpful employee. She told me to wait because the oven guy was "busy" so I politely waited patiently some more. Finally after everyone else got there food before me. Went back to this very lazy person and she yelled across the lobby to the register for someone to help me. Within 3 mins got my ham and cheese croissant. Very rude, lazy, and bad attitude employee!! How is this person in a management position.

Messed my order up twice, and third time it wasn't even blended all the way. I understand it gets busy there but I've been to Starbucks with busier atmosphere and less employees and they still got my order out quick and correct. Won't ever go back

I understand why it's two stars. Overall, the people are nice enough, nice but not the friendliest. It is busy so it's difficult. My two star is watching preparation and hygiene. I watched as a woman was refilling a container with a pump. She poured the leftover into the drink cup then dropped the container into the trash bin right under. I wouldn't want that drink with whatever trash particles go flying around after dropping the container. I saw another woman pick something out of the trash, look at it then toss into another trash bin. Never washed her hands. She's wearing gloves so her hands are clean but I do't know what she touched next. I won't be coming back because I question safety and cleanliness practices.

Amazing location, Awesome Staff and Super Fast in drive thru!! Finally found our new place in our "new" neighborhood. My lil girl is so happy!!?❤?
