I come here almost every day and always get great service but today Maricella went above and beyond by checking on everyone's order and making sure things were expedited and efficient. It was nice to have a personal touch and interaction with her. Keep up the great work!

Went to order a drink at Starbucks The lady told me they are closed. I asked what time do you close? She said at 5pm I said it 4:45pm. If you close at 5:00pm, why can’t I order a drink. Her response was because they are closing at 5pm. Apparently this lady does not have or care about customer service.

A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.

This entire smiths is a joke.If you have Starbucks listed as closing at 9:30, then make sure that’s correct so people like me don’t come in at 8 expecting coffee before work.
