I come here almost every day and always get great service but today Maricella went above and beyond by checking on everyone's order and making sure things were expedited and efficient. It was nice to have a personal touch and interaction with her. Keep up the great work!
A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.
I do like the convenience of a Starbucks inside of a smithsfoodanddrug, and the baristas are very very nice which is a nice change of pace from the typical stand-alone store where the baristas are usually pretty aloof.
