Price with a big mock up (due to its being a casino location). Always a long line to order, and pick up the food took another 10-15+ min. Not a great Starbucks experience.

Probably the nastiest people working at a Starbucks I’ve ever seen.

I was just looking if a drink was mine and a woman in white shouting at me for no reason, really bad experience

A little depressing that Starbucks is the most consistent place for quick breakfast when traveling.
I bring water instead of getting their brand's purposely bitter coffee.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to
Employees are rude and slow you can be the only coffee waiting to get made it will take 10 minutes I work at the hotel and always order through the app ahead of time it still takes 10 minutes don’t waster your time
It’s less busy than the Luxor locations in the morning but equally expensive. $20 for a medium oat milk latte and a breakfast sandwich. The ladies in the morning were super nice though and not pushy for tips

It's so convenient having this in the lobby. But my venti latte was only about 2/3 full, and that's being generous. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without meat, which they gave to me with meat. They did remake it. The line to order is very long. I highly recommend mobile ordering, I did and it was nice sitting and waiting while my drink got made.

The Cashier was more interested in talking to the other employees then to take my order
So my coffee order was fine came out fast and was made right but apparently asking for water was just too much. When i asked for water i was told i could have the cup of water that had been on the pick up counter since before i ordered. When i said i didn't want water that had been sitting with someone else order and been reached over I was given a nasty attitude it was like i was crazy for wanting a fresh cup of water! None the less i got water but the barista will be the reason i never come back to this location.

This review is for the one downstairs in the casino. It seemed like no one was happy to be at work that day. They were being really slow and more focused on conversing with each other than actually making drinks. They had no drinks to make on the bar but had a giant line. The person on register Daisy or Daisie has to be retrained cause it took her 10 minutes to get through each customer. Finally when we got the register she became very rude and agitated for no reason and rushed us through our order. It seemed very personal cause right before us she was being extremely nice to the Spanish speaker in front of us. I would have spoke Spanish to her to get better service but I didn't know it was one of her requirements. Finally got my drink 10 mins later without anyone calling out my order. Anyways I would say avoid this place and go upstairs but seeing as work makes them miserable, please flood them with difficult orders and feel free to complain every single time they get things wrong
Does not taste like a Starbucks at allIced cafe mocha was so much watered down. I am not sure how it tastes so awful. Maybe they forgot to put espresso shots in it?
