Slow service and not as friendly of staff as I am used to back in WA. The prices are pretty steep, $6.77 for a medium cold brew, seriously???

Strange, non-starbuks smells. Lazy employees. 3 staff can't handle it, so i count ~30 customers in waiting

I found hair in their sandwiches and they got mad at me because I asked for fresh sandwiches, can you believe that???Apparently the standards are different in Seattle vs Vegas. In Seattle, if you don’t find your food up to standard, Starbucks would give you a fresh replacement at no charge. In Vegas, I found hair in my food and not only they didn’t give me a free replacement, but also when I asked for a cup of water, they charged me for it!Shame on you Starbucks!
