Wanted go use the bathroom asked Frank if I can use the bathroom he was at the register, he said I couldn’t use it unless I wanted to purchase something, I’m been a customer for years at Starbucks and this is not the way we do business.

If you like paying a high price for mostly ice then this location is a must for you.
I've been getting the dragon fruit mango lemonade for a few months now and this is the only location they will fill your cup full of ice so you barely get any of the lemonade. Total bummer when your get 5-6 sips from a trenti sized beverage at $6.45

Entire order was wrong, scanned my app but apparently it did not work was not provided receipt so they will not make it right because I paid Cash so there is no record of my order. Apparently the time stamped and dated stickers they put on your items do not count. Completely robbed by this store. Awful experience and customer service

Again...bad implementation of a bathroom policy and water policy. Bad management and improper training of employees. This kind of poor customer service will hurt Starbucks business sooner rather than later. Regular customers are being turned away because employees don't know how to handle the new policy. If a customer walks in with STARBUCKS merchandise, they are clearly a return customer. Let them into the bathroom and give them water when they ask. If your managers don't properly train their people, you will lose your customer base. There are too many coffee options for the consumer to waste time with this kind of nonsense. I spent many years buying cups of coffee, bags of coffee and literally thousands of dollars to be treated in this manner. I have visited hundreds of Starbucks locations in over 60 cities. I don't have to. No one does. Starbucks CEO Brian Nichol and managers alike, you need to wake up and smell the coffee!

I went to Starbucks about 7-8pm. I was drive Thur order black coffee. I only see two white and one black workers. I saw white blonde lady act bad mood working put fake black coffee. I left drive it. I tasted fake black coffee. That’s not neat respect to customers.

Ordered through the drive thru, then realized I had to use the restroom. Went in and asked to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something. I told them I was literally just in the drive thru and could show proof, but they didn't care.

I just watched this black man. Come in, he wanted to use the bathroom. He was a road side worker in uniform you can tell he wasn't a bum trying to take a bath in the restroom ...when the gentleman asked to use the restroom he was told if he doesn't purchase something he can't use the restroom..this is a horrible practice...I'll get my coffee from a different establishment seeing there's so many now..

They put faceplates on all of the outlets so you can't charge your device while working.

Very disappointing that this location purposely deactivates outlets so customers can't charge any devices. I ended up leaving without ordering because I planned to work while I was there. Maybe I'll stop by if I just want to get a drink and leave.
