I asked for “no sweetener” and it was confirmed on the screen. When I got it home to my diabetic partner she informed me they had added the sweetener so it went down the drain. Need much better quality assurance here.

If only they knew a smile in our cups 🥤 means to us. My 🧡 Friend and I were having a bad day together the whole time. We went to target to drink some starbucks and it was closed because their was only one person, she didn't know what to do. We wanted to go to a clothe store and it was closed. We went to another store, we didn't found what we were looking for. We came here and the funny faces on our cups lol, plus the smile on the workers, it was my first time here and I think is better to come to this Starbucks. Thank you, to all of you from starbucks ( 9/9/25, 9am ).

I have never been to this location before but stopped here to get a coffee and kill some time before an appointment. The staff was so nice and friendly to me. I was sipping my coffee and watched them greet regulars by name and have really positive interactions with every person who entered the cafe. I think a lot of people write complaints, but forget to give praise for those going above and beyond. As a former Starbucks barista, I know just how hard this job can be. This location is awesome, and I hope the store manager knows it. 💜 (Also, my drink was perfect ✨️)

I went as I have an appointment close by, and I had time before. The staff is very friendly and nice. One of the ladies working there kept apologizing for taking a while with my order so that made me happy. The lady who got my drink even brought it out to me as I was sitting at a table. I did not get food but a drink so that is why I am not rating food. I will definitely be coming back when I am in the area.

My first time here today . They were so welcoming in once I stepped in and were very friendly all the staff . The food 10/10 I had their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I got the blonde latte iced was fantastic . Will go here again 🩷

I come to this location all the time to buy large orders, today I stopped in to get an order and use the restroom. I asked Rachel the manager if I can use the restroom and she asked if I’m making a purchase today. And was very rude. Saying I need to make a purchase before using the restroom. I’m very very disappointed and I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Very rude service, unwilling to make customers order after accidentally giving my order to the wrong person. ***Update*** After receiving a call from Brandon in upper management, I was able to explain the situation, and we came to some common agreements. I'm looking forward to visiting again and giving this location another try.
