Great service, good quality snacks and Americano coffee very good. Mariamne was particularly efficient and we enjoyed seeing her each morning of our visit. The baristas are fast and courteous. Convenient location on the promenade to get a fast start on the day.

No line, complete staff and waited half an hour for my drink. Watched these fools laugh and chat while I wait for my drink and when they handed it to me it was a wrong order. While walking back to my room it spilled because the damn lid was not closed all the way. When I came back to tell them about their horrible customer service, lid and long wait they told me that their espresso machine was not working that's why I waited half an hour . WTF! You should have told me that your damn machine was not working instead of leaving me in the dark watching 5 employees laugh and chat for 30 minutes! What a shame! These employees shouldn't be working at a 5 star hotel with that kind of stupid behavior.

I have no problem paying the increased prices at this location, as long as you delivered. Never use the Starbucks App for mobile order at thi Aria Hotel on the 2nd Level Promenade in Las Vegas! I can't believe these words are coming out of my mouth. Starbucks revolutionized the mobile pick up order process. Starbucks set the stnadard for how a business should run their connected retailing bsuness, yet this location can't seem to figure it out. This store needs massive training on how to handle orders. After suffering expeience extreme frustrion with this Starbucks location in the Aria Hotel 2nd Level Promenade it is very clear they check all 3 Ps: people, process, and product on while they are failing their customers and their employees. What is the point of placing a mobile order if it is not going to be ready anywhere close to the time, we're talking minimum 20 minutes passed the time. If the location is out of an item but isn't translated onto the app, what is the process supposed to be for the employee, app, and consumer? With great confidence I can take say it is probably not, show the item as available, let the second beverage sit on counter for 15 mins and cool down, have customer ask 3 times for an update and be told it is being worked on "right now," and then be told on the fourth update "oh we are out of X product!" I watched the person where I would have been standing in line go through the line, order, and have their items in 10-15. First day using the mobile app, my order arrived 20+ minutes after expected pick up time. Wait there is more sports fans! Yes the first world problems continued. I was still shook from the day protest experience so hopped in line this time. I check and the app "said" if I ordered, it would be down in 10 mins. I fell for it and hopped out of line. I chose the wrong door and didn't win the car or any type of prize! Very Bad idea! This time 10 after the time expect, I asked about status. After providing my name, I was told "What's your order?" Ummm if you have my name, does your system not show my order? Then she proceeded to tell me how they sre understaffed. 30 mins later I finally told her to cancel my order. She says she will. Do you think my moneybwas ever refunded? Nope. The Starbucks App is failing them by overpromising times and products that they do not have or cannot achieve. The people are clearly not trained up to the level of other Starbucks employees. Communication between technology and humans is at a minimum. The lines are always long here. Not only do they seem significantly understaffed, they are. Going back to the first sentence of this review: "I have no problem paying the increased prices at this location or products in general, as long as you delivered. The Starbucks Aria 2nd Level Promenade falls short in every area.

Needed a quick breakfast and coffee. Found the Starbucks in the Aria Casino second floor across from Terrene. The line was long but it moved at a good pace. Got the front after a5 min wait in line. Ordered 2 white chocolate mocha, and 2 breakfast sandwiches with turkey. They were good and hit the spot. Now off to our convention.

A fairly standard Starbucks. Nicely decorated compared to most. Plenty of seating here. Line's not too long. It's sort of between floors 1 and 2 and has its own mini-floor.

I didn't know @Starbucks could be #bias until today when I personally experience it at Aria location where the ladies favored the person they knew and allowed him to cut the line in front of me and told me straight to my face that he was next when he wasn't even in the line. Shame on you #Starbucks #racist #racialdiscrimination

This location is staffed with a well trained group of people who know how to politely say that your comments don't matter and that you're wasting their time. When faced with a simple suggestion that they post in public view that they do not redeem/ accept the Starbucks stars and rewards their response was... "We are not corporate so we do not accept the rewards. Please speak to my manager"... then the manager became a different person... then the actual manager said that "she would pass on the request to the corporate marketing team." Wait... aren't you NOT a corporate store? Isn't that the reason you are not redeeming the stars? Also, in what business does the general manager of a store not have the authority to post a simple notice telling your customers that a standard part of the Starbucks experience does not exist in your store? Really, a simple notice is all that was asked for. It is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead you chose to pass the buck in an attempt to shuffle an unimportant customer on their way. When you have a consistent brand like Starbucks, and you change it... you really should call out to your customers that you have in fact taken away a purchase driven advantage for the customer. This feels like an intentional bait and switch because they seem to be actively keeping it quiet. The only other logical possibility is that they have been faced with this comment many times and are tired of hearing it. This possibility suggests that there is even more intention behind their decision not to accept customer redeemed rewards. If you MUST have coffee, and you have no comments or suggestions for the management, or you're okay with a polite "F*off"... then by all means give this location your money.

Got my order wrong. Got my name completely wrong and left my drink sitting. Said I could use my Starbucks points, then charged me for my order and said they didn't accept Starbuck app Star Points. If there was something else, they'd probably get that wrong too.

I will definitely be returning. The managers were so kind and came up to us asking for how were our drinks. There was wonderful customer service. All the baristas are very up beat and made our drinks perfectly!!

This Starbucks is located in the Shops at Crystals near the entrance to Aria, just down the steps one level. It's a beautiful location, and makes for a nice place to rest, relax, and rehydrate for a bit. Be aware that they do not accept Starbucks gift cards or online payment through the app. Also the prices seemed a bit higher than normal Starbucks but then again everything in Vegas seems pretty pricey.

I must be a glutton for punishment.. I never learn my lesson, and I should just forget about getting coffee at Starbucks..OK, so I ordered 30 minutes before closing and there's no one in line.. So they don't take the app, I'm fine with that.. so I pay cash and go and wait at the pick up window...so I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting.. for my order.. the 2 employees are , I guess, are starting to clean up to close..mind you it's been about 10 minutes, so I asked where's my order and the barista goes oh , I wasn't told about your order.. I figured he saw me waiting, it might of dawned on him to ask..as for the coffee, it tasted burnt and bitter..
