Best service you can find at a coffee shop. Seriously the lady was so quick and efficient and the drinks she made were better than any Starbucks I’ve visited. Even the ice level was just right unlike how many places give you a full cup of ice in your drink.
Came to grab a quick breakfast before heading out. The service was fairly quick and the location is convenient staying at this hotel. I will agree with past reviewers that the prices are steep. I ordered a bacon gouda, bagel and 2 grande ices teas and it was over $30. The prices were almost double that at mt local starbucks.
Thank you to Mr. Miguel and his co-worker for being so kind and patient with my kids and me. The kids enjoyed a yummy strawberry cream smoothie, a much needed sweet treat after our long drive to Vegas. I looked like a hobo mom but he was still very nice and provided excellent customer service! lol~~
Thank you, again! :)
Terribly run store that manages to run out of breakfast food items before 9am almost every day
Asked for oak milk coffee and got cows milk. I’m allergic to cows milk. I went into anaphylaxis. Would not recommend
8 employees in an empty Starbucks and they couldn't get the size of a drink right. ..
3.5/5
I recently visited the Starbucks at Park MGM, and while it's convenient – just a step stone away, be prepared for higher prices—taxes are included in the overall cost. The service was a bit slow, and it seemed like many associates were just standing around. I ended up spending $30 for two sandwiches and a coffee, which felt a bit steep. Overall, it's a classic Starbucks experience, but the efficiency could use some improvement!

Middle-aged female manager super rude to her employees in front of customers. At least keep it behind closed doors.

Waited a long time for my drink as I stood watching the guy make it. He literally stopped making my drink 5 times to make other drinks. Finally he finished mine and it isn’t made correctly so I’m obviously very annoyed. If someone asks for 4 pumps of (xyz) then put it in the drink!
It’s a Starbucks inside a busy hotel, temper your expectations with service. Quality of food was fine but waited 30 min for a toasted bagel
