There was no one in line at this particular Starbucks. I was so excited because this was a rarity. Anywhoooo, I waited for about four minutes, then asked Leena if I could order. She asked me if I wanted a drink? I said yes, then she turned around and started stocking things behind her. I waited for about two minutes, and asked again if I could order. Leena G looked up at me, then whispered something to the guy she was working with, then said, "What do you want?" I gave her my order, then she rang up my drinks. As I walked to the other counter, she said, " If you want almond milk, it's .80 cents. I paid the .80 cents, then walked away. She then said, " If you want the lemon cake, it's another charge." At that point, I told her to forget the cake, and just give me the drinks. When the drinks were ready, she sat them on the counter. One of the drinks spilled over onto the sides of the cup. When I asked for a napkin, she said they ran out. I then asked if she could put my cup into another cup because it was spilling over. She got mad at me and slammed the cup on the counter. I walked away after that. Worst experience at a Starbucks.

I have found the male staffers at Starbucks-Albertsons on Craig and Decatur in Las Vegas are very uninterested, put out and delibertaley slow. The store is understaffed if you have one worker. I won't even stop to order anymore when the guys are working, a very uncomfortable experience.

So one rude rude rude Simple drink venti latte extra shot light foam Is any place in the drink request say vanilla no not at all no place at all. But they get it wrong and waste a customers time and they just do not care it's like time is free.
