DO NOT go to the Planet Hollywood location. Rude and ignorant staff. Avoid at all costs. I bought a large coffee and breakfast sandwich and requested a small cup of water…they charged me a $1.08 for the cup - unacceptable!! The Coffee & Bean location is just around the corner in the mall.

If I can put a 0 star I would have. We asked for a dairy free drinks and the guy, Neto, looks at us and say: oh, your the complicated. Then we confirm if both drinks were made dairy free, he answers it is, why you didn’t want it and we say we were just confirming and ask what’s wrong with his attitude and being very rude. This guy!! He waves his hand in the air and asks us to walk away in such a disrespectful way. What an attitude to talk to customers not caring how his action can affect his job.

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Dee who was working the register at the time was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I honestly don’t know who hired her or how she works in a customer service setting. Unbelievable. I was trying to order a cake pop for my toddler and first she was rude to me and then she forgot the cake pop and when I was frustrated that I had to get back in line to order it she acted like it was my fault. Please hire capable people who know how to work.

Very slow. Staff are lethargic. Waited 20 mins in line due to staffs inability to serve basic coffees, then prompted for a tip starting at 25%.

The prices here are very expensive compared to other Starbucks in the area. The guy who took my order has no customer service skills and was very rude. I asked for an empty cup, and he said he has to charge me a dollar for that. This place is a total rip off.

Staff named Deleisha C in particular took my order and had a hard time hearing what I had wanted to order, as it was busy around the store. Instead of being patient, she visibly and verbally expressed her annoyance and even slammed the cash register with frustration.
Not to mention, the latte I ordered came out looking like milk… definitely not like regular latte colour.
I understand that it’s New Years Eve and you’re busy and tired but it is not professional to take it out on customers.
Severely disappointed with Starbucks’s service having been to ample other outlets - this is definitely the worst I’ve been to.
