DO NOT go to the Planet Hollywood location. Rude and ignorant staff. Avoid at all costs. I bought a large coffee and breakfast sandwich and requested a small cup of water…they charged me a $1.08 for the cup - unacceptable!! The Coffee & Bean location is just around the corner in the mall.
