Excellent concession, located just inside the North entrance (the one closest to Buffalo Drive). Despite what the info says, there IS NO DRIVE-THRU. Just come inside.

The staff here definitely needs to be retrained. I ordered a Apple Crisp Frappuccino and the cashier asked me if I wanted coffee in it. I don't order Starbucks often so I said, sure if it normally comes with it. Her response was, "No idea, I just started", and then stared at me. I have no problem with people being new and learning, but maybe ask a fellow barista? I ask to add Java chips blended into the drink. The guy behind her begins making my drink, puts it into the cup, reads the label and realizes he forgot the Java chips. Gets a big spoonful and just throws them on top, puts a lid on and places it on the counter without even a glance toward me. Keep in mind i was their only customer at the time. I realize it's mine, and I ask if he could please blend the Java chips into the drink. To which I receive a heavy sigh and a reluctant "sure". Throws it into the blender, back into the cup, and slides it across the counter to me, again without a word. Service could 100% be worked on here.

It waskind of busy, but they did a good job with our coffee.
This Starbucks is located inside Target store. No masks required. Its a smaller station located in front of store across of the checkout. They have items fir sale sych as mugs, bagged coffee, syrup, etc. Customer service is great friendly and efficient. Wait time is minimal. Pumpkin spice coffee is available.
